Beyond impressed by Papo and his team. Responded via text with minutes; less than an hour, Papo arrived in person with a very professional and reasonable estimate. The next day (within 24 hours later), Papo and his crew cleared/removed/junked an entire floor and basement (including multiple couches, chairs, tables, mattress, box spring, upright piano, televisions, etcetera).

Extremely professional and attentive! Papo knew I was looking for a dryer, came across one and reached out to me! Dropped off within an hour! He also took a small pile of junk I had for my husband to get rid of. No more waiting when junk delete is around!

Papo and his crew had to tetris the furniture through our front door, and they did it without any scratches or gouges that can happen while moving, especially in such tight spaces. They transported our new furniture to our house, moved the old items out and the new items in without a hitch! We have already hired them for another job!
