I can’t say enough good things about Kevin from L&W Appliance Sales and Service. He went above and beyond to help my family when we really needed it. Our dryer broke down, and as a pregnant mom of two busy boys with endless laundry, it felt overwhelming. Kevin came out on a Sunday, which alone was incredibly appreciated, and got our dryer up and running quickly.

Because of his kindness and dedication, I didn’t have to miss work or fall behind at home. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring about their customers. Kevin truly made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m beyond grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Kevin without hesitation to anyone in need of appliance repair! He is prompt, efficient, hardworking, and detail oriented. He fixed my refrigerator perfectly and it feels good as new! Uncommonly good service. I couldn’t ask for any better! Also, very personable!

It's a Christmas Miracle!

I called Kevin on a Saturday morning because our fridge was not working. He came out to our house later that day, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part the fridge needed. The part wasn’t delivered until late Tuesday, but he still came to fix the fridge at 7pm. He was helpful and knowledgeable. We won’t hesitate to call him again and will recommend him to family & friends!

I called Kevin one morning to let him know my oven was not working. He went out of his way for a same-day visit to come and diagnose the issue. He was very up front and honest (and helpful!!!). Highly recommend giving him a call if you need it. I will definitely be using again and sharing his name with friends!

First time ever using this company. Kevin is one of few if anyone left thats willing to help out even on a Sunday and when your in a jam. Responsive and met a later in the evening since I had plans and just a solid guy. Had my part and also gave me tips for how to install and anything that could happen. Part was rite and will recommend to all of my friends and family..Thank you Kevin
