The young man that came to fix my clogged toilet was very kind and polite. I think his name was Jeremiah. However having to wait 6 hours was unacceptable!! Jeremiah was here less than 45 minutes. The waiting was hard as I only have one toilet.

Jason Ospina is a fantastic technician. He works fast and was very careful in my home, as well as polite. Would definitely request him again as my technician if I could. Thanks Jason!

Great service! Service tech Oleksandr was available and on site within a couple of hours after my initial call. He was very personable and professional. Thankfully he was able to give me a discount so we could proceed with solving the problem.

Bryan and Todd were tremendous. Figured out my problem and explained exactly what needed to be done to repair. They were both very professional and we enjoyed having them in our house correcting the issue. I woke up yesterday morning with sounds of water pouring out of the slop sink in my basement. I called Roto-Rooter and they got there within an hour and 15 minutes .Burim Showed up with his 21 years of experience and realized I had a clog going out to the street. It was one of the hardest drains,He had to clean in many years….He told me! He did not give up. My problem was his problem and he stuck with me. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Had blocked sewer line.
Plumber handled the job easily.
Cleaned up afterwards.

Burim #279 was prompt and very efficient in figuring out the issue. Positive attitude as well. He explained the process of looking for blockage and how to remove the built-up grease. At first, I was taken aback by the set price, but we were in a bind: it was the holiday weekend with a full house of guests. Evidently, our problem was a combination of grease buildup and frozen pipe, which is frustrating because it gets cold every winter! When in a bind, I fully recommend Roto-Rooter.

Jude arrive at the scheduled time. He was friendly and professional. Jude listened to my issue and quickly found the issue. He told me exactly what was need to fix the issue. He worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after the fix was completed. Jude explained the warranty and how there would be a follow up made to make sure that any other problems weren't present. Overall, Jude did a great job!

We appreciate Bryan being able to come out today to help us. He was so helpful and kind. We will definitely reach out again if we need anything.

Leaky faucet needed full replacement. Rafal explained everything well. Went to get faucet, sent pics and recommendations. Walked me through the whole thing. Installed it in short order, cleaned everything up. He’s previously taken care of a problem for us and I appreciate his work.

Bryan was our technician and he worked very hard to try and find our problem. We were very impressed with his abilities. Unfortunately he was not able to fix our somewhat unusual situation, so James, the Field Supervisor, was sent out to see to the exact problem and provide us with a possible solution.
We were very happy with the effort put in to help us by both of these employees.

My 5-star review goes solely to John the technician that drove over 3 hours to get to me but arrived with the friendliest demeanor. He efficiently resolved the problem with my clogged pipe. Now as for dispatch, I will say their communication was lacking as it took over 7 hours to get someone out here.

Bryan was here within 3 hours of me making an appointment which is super fast considering it wasn't an emergency. He was honest and friendly (even with my dogs!). I will definitely be using them again.
