Twice now, we’ve had a heat emergency. And four seasons came through for us. Most recently, our heat was out and due to supply issues we had an extended period of time with no heat. Four Seasons supplied us with space heaters to hold us over until the parts came. They fit us in right away and got our system back up. HIGHLY recommend them.

Luke did a great job! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Identified a problem with the system and explained things clearly. Already working with Four Seasons on next steps.

I had a great experience with Four Seasons Comfort. My furnace broke down the day before temps were due to go down to single digits. I called around and was told it could be weeks before I could get an appointment to have it fixed. When I called Four Seasons, they arrived later that day and actually rebuilt the combustion chamber. I was so happy to have heat again!

A huge thank you to Jason and his team, who were professional, punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and got the job done at an incredibly reasonable price. They also did a great job cleaning up. I will be using Four Seasons Comfort for all my future heating needs and wish I could give them six stars!!

Update - return visit 2023 for an almost frozen pipe. Dave fitted me in within 24 hours and the pipes were rescued from bursting. Again, great service and great customer service. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Mikayla at Four Seasons was awesome and very personable. She explained the potential issues clearly and was very upfront about costs and worse case vs. Best case scenario. She had the taken apart cleaned and put back together with in no time and had our AC back up and running. With a 9 month old at home I was concerned about the coming heat this weekend and she was able to diagnose and fix the problem with only a moderate cost. Overall great service will definitely be using Four Seasons again.

The team at Four Seasons Comfort are very responsive and professional. My boiler had to replaced and this happened right as the cold weather was starting to kick in. I contacted Four Seasons Comfort Wednesday and they were at my house that next Monday starting the work. The very next day I had heat back in my house. The technicians that came out to do the work were to get the heat back in my house. professional and very friendly and worked extremely hard in an emergency. I would like to give a very special thank you to Jason, Nicholas, Mikayla, Ozier and Jaiden for all their efforts and helping getting my heating system back up and running. 10/10 would recommend

I was impressed with Dave B.’s responsiveness and attention to detail. My family lives in a home built in 1780 with two retrofit HVAC systems. Dave didn’t even flinch when conducting his analysis on improving our environmental control systems. Through each step of the process I grew increasingly confident of him and his recommendations by how he broke down each component part and explained what it was, how it worked, and how his recommendation would change operating efficiency. It was evident to me that his world class level of customer service was rooted in his passion for and deep understanding of home environment systems.

Phenomenal company to deal with from Dave Bennett, the Operations Manager, to his crack install team. All were very friendly and knowledgeable, even with our 75+ year old home. They went out of there way to quickly give us an estimate and install, even know it is their busy time of year. A company with great communication, employees and with fair pricing. We couldn’t be happier with our new furnace. It runs so much better than our previous unit ever did. We will be using Four Seasons Comfort for all of our home heating needs and service from now on. Thanks again Dave for getting us back up and running before the cold really sets in!

The technician, Lucas was very pleasant and explained necessary work to be done. It is an older system and he was very willing to repair to make it work. I would definitely use them again

This is the second time the guys at Four Seasons have rescued me and my family during a heat wave. I can’t say enough good things their service. The tech was friendly and took the time to explain things to my wife so she had a good understanding of what was wrong with my unit. Thanks!!

Superior work. New furnace installed in 6 hours. Great people to work with.

The workers were very thoughtful, knew their job, all of them worked hard and great with each other , they explained everything in detail to us. The Mitizibusi Heat split system is working great in this very cold weather. I would recommend them, the main contact personnel, Dave Bennett and Candice were always there. The only concern I have is that at this point they don’t have 24/7 emergency services, it would be the next day before they can come out.

Very polite, listened to my issues and explained everything before leaving. Nick was outstanding!! I had no heat Nick found that my furnace had been sloppily installed and he worked hard to assure that everything was working properly. I am very satisfied!!!

Great job of routine cleaning and maintenance. Careful and thorough. Answered all my questions. They did leave a few things for me to put back in order, but all minor. They had to return to install the filter for the heat pump which they had me order on their first visit.

Jack and Nick were awesome!! Very professional, great communication and very neat! They fixed my frozen drain in my second floor attic HVAC unit, and installed a heat tape so it won’t happen again. Four Seasons responded in under 12 hours from when I emailed them the issue.

Solid HVAC company. They do good work, deal with a wide range of equipment manufacturers, and have fair prices.

We recently used four Seasons Comfort for the installation of Mini Splits in our home. We had the pleasure of working with Dave and he was excellent to work with throughout the entire process and made sure my wife and I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The team who completed the work was timely, professional and dedicated in the work done in our home and completed the project in a very quick fashion. I could not recommend working with Four Seasons enough and for anyone who is considering putting Mini Splits into their home, Dave at Four Seasons should be there first call!
