Faucet has been leaking for a while, called Prometheus and they showed up same day and fixed the issue. Pricing was upfront and plumbers were knowledgeable

I called Friday around 12:00 p.m. and someone came out within the hour to assess and give me an estimate for which they could complete the repair a couple of days later and they came out as promised and did a nice professional job and installation and I would recommend and use their services again.

I had a toilet replaced and found the service to be excellent. Their people were on time, very personable and completely professional and capable.

Prometheus was great, fast explained everything to me before hand, price was reasonable and the plumber was awesome, answered all of my questions and got it done in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again!

I love the responsiveness and the quality of service these guys provided. Dorothy, their CSR is very good and helped me out by going above and beyond. For a business, you need this type of service. The work performed looks good and I am sure it will be good going forward. I am confident that these guys will take care of the work in case anything happens in future (this is the confidence I get from them). Thank you!

Had some major repairs/updates and the Prometheus team were great. Worked hard, communicated extremely well, and had constructive conversations about owner preferences where they were important. Already brining them back for another project!
