These guys do it all great. Co. to work with, even their inside staff is so helpful. I wish customer service was like this everywhere.

They installed a new floor for us. Great product. Quality install, and awesome service! We need more floors done and Dan will be our first call for sure.

Quality work, would absolutely use them again

I brought in 3 area rugs for cleaning, one heavily stained (spot cleaned only) from a sick cat. Nu-England Services exceeded my expectations. All 3 carpets look great, stains gone. I highly recommend them.

I've used their services several times for my own house and several rental properties I own. Latest was to install a new kitchen floor. They have a wide range of services. I have experienced many and have never been less thrilled with the results. Highly recommended.

Had rug in living room, on stairs and landing cleaned. Showed up on time. Was very courteous and did a great job. Removed spots that had been left by workers when we had insulation added to the attic several months earlier. Have used Nu-England Services several times and recommend them to our friends.

We’ve used Nu-England Services several times to clean our carpet in our finished basement (which gets pretty roughed up by dogs and kids), every time they do such a fantastic job the carpet looks new again. Recently, we had them install a new carpet, great experience and they were very helpful!

Had three, blue, area, rugs cleaned and they did a very excellent job! I was surprised at the results because the rugs were not new! Completed in a timely manner and given a small cleanser to prevent future stains. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them. They provide other services beside rug cleaning as well - new flooring, house cleaning, to name but a few. Thank you Nu-England Services!

I hired they to clean my carpets.The crew showed up a few minutes early (huge plus in my book) they walked the space and planned the work taking extra time on high traffic areas. the carpets look amazing. the crew was very friendly and the quality was great! impeccable value!!

Nu-England Services did a commercial carpet cleaning for us. From our first phone call, they were very attentive. We were unable to be there when the service was done but they did call us to let us know they were there and again when they finished. They did a great job and the carpet looks new. The job ended up being cheaper than originally anticipated. Other companies we called were twice the price with little to no customer service. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

I am so impressed and thrilled with Nu England Services. I had them clean my beat-up wood floor and four rooms with tile or stone. I'm so happy with the results and can't believe how great all the rooms look. My wood floor looks amazing and my kitchen, I can't believe they were able to get the grout to be so clean. Super friendly and professional. I'll definitely use them again!

Had the guys in for a cleaning in our bedroom. They were on time, respectful, communicative and professional. We had Dalton and Brandon. Would hire these guys again in a heart beat. Consistently a great experience. Thank you!

Dog had a pretty rough night. I called at 7:30-8:00 this morning and they called back within 30 mins. They got me in the same day for a cleaning within hours at a great price. Justin was very respectful and we are happy with the job he did.

Had another cleaning company come and asked for no chemicals to be used in our home. They seemed to misunderstand that the carpet sprinkle smelly stuff is what we didn’t want. My GF got home and broke out into a rash. I called Nu England Services on Monday and they came today which is Tuesday to clean my carpets and extract what the other cleaners left us as a gift. The price was extremely reasonable and they did an great job taking care of my furniture and my apartment. This is a great company and the communication is awesome. I’m a customer for life for anything I may need in the future. Highly recommend them.

I had Nu England Services come to my work and clean the carpets in a condominium that we are trying to sell. I wasn’t quite sure if the rugs were going to come out all that nice. But after they left, I couldn’t believe that the carpet looked brand new. It made the whole house smell awesome, I will definitely have these guys back. They know what they’re doing, their technician was very professional, thank you for a job well done !!!

Outstanding service on both occasions when I used them. Great price that matched the superior performance of their technicians. I used them both at my home for my carpets, and at the store when I dropped off 7 area rugs. I am so pleased that I am having them come back to my home to do additional rooms. WOW. The best company in this business. We are so glad we called. The work we requested exceeded our expectations. It was one stop shopping, we had exterior power washing and windows cleaned, interior carpets,rugs and upholstery cleaned, the work crew was professional and trustworthy, checking to make sure we were satisfied, when price checking they had the most reasonable prices around, our entire home feels clean and new again, Spring cleaning done!

Your two workers were professional and a pleasure to have them in the house!! The carpet came out absolutely beautiful and thank you again. See you next year.!!!
