I Had Superior Energy Solutions insulate my home and these guys were fantastic... They showed up on time, took their time to explain to me what they would be doing, they were courteous and professional, they cleaned up after themselves on both days and took their time to explain and answer every question i had....btw... They did all of these in the middle of a Nor'Easter.... Talk about hard work,... up on ladders and roofs.... I would hire these guys again and recommend them to anyone looking to insulate their homes...

The folks who came to work on our house were fantastic. They were very friendly, professional, always willing to take the time to let us know what was going on or what they planned to do. I highly recommend this business for your energy related needs

They came in ripped out my heating system said it was never hooked up totally destroyed the lining of the pipe left it unhooked still is today because they crushed the tubing so bad they couldn't put it back and lied and said it was all done had to go out and crawl underneath to find out it was nothing but a lie here it is 55 degrees I have a broken hip and I have no heat we'll get there to fix it and now the fan they put in the bathroom is creating mold in my bathroom that wasn't put in right not only yourself help getting a call but whatever government contract you got you can kiss a goodbye I'm calling the state house right after that thank you for destroying my heating system in my home

These guys were given to us by MassSave for our energy rebate.

They were very professional and efficient from the moment they first stepped in the house until the final inspection.

Minus the smell, they kept the work area clean and they worked very well together as a team. Effective communication made it happen.

Sierra and her crew were professional, prompt, efficient and respectful. They took every step to protect our carpets, woodork and furnishings.
In the attic space, they worked very quickly, while insuring they installed the maximum amount of insulation, while insuring the attic maintained healthy airflow. I would highly recommend having this service performed.

We had a great experience with Superior Energy through Mass Save. The team of Steve & Mike & helper (I forgot the 3rd guys name) were great. We have an old house and they were very careful with the installation. We even had a slight hiccup in our kitchen, and they were very good about working / fixing the issue. Would highly recommend, especially Steve & Mike's team.

Both Luke and Mike were excellent - polite; attentive to not tracking in dirt, etc.; and finished up at the time they estimtated, which was helpful for my planning purposes.

Superior just completed their 3rd job for me this summer. Mold remediation in the attic above a small apartment over my garage, air sealing and insulating that attic after the remediation and then replacing rotted trim boards up one corner of my 2 story house. A small job that was complicated by a down spout running down that corner and also being intersected by the deck railing. Danielle who managed all the moving pieces of scheduling, updates and reminders was friendly, professional and totally on top of the details. For each project, as well as the initial estimation, the Superior crew arrived on time. The crew supervisor took the time to explain specifics about what they were going to do and to answer my questions about the job. I was amazed at how complex an attic insulation job can be, with different material and techniques used on various vertical and horizontal surfaces. The corner carpentry project supervisor actually came out on a Sunday morning, the day before the job, to be sure that he understood what needed to be done and to ensure that the crew arrived with the proper material and everything they needed to get the job done the next day. In all three cases, the projects were completed carefully and professionally. The crews cleaned up the site when done and took all the waste and packaging material with them. I recommend them highly. At the risk of sounding like an advertising jingle, if you want your job done right, call Superior!

I recently had an insulation crew come out to work on my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable in their work. They not only did an outstanding job with the insulation itself, but also took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I understood everything about the process. The quality of their work really shows, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Steve and his crew for anyone looking for top-notch insulation work!

Recently, RISE determined that our little 1940s house had no insulation in the crawl space, walls, or attic and assigned the job to Superior Energy Solutions. Danielle kept us well informed and patiently answered all of my questions.

Even though our home is small (about 1,100 sq. ft.), the project took two full days. The crawl space crew completed their work on the first day, and a second crew returned the next day to finish the rest. Insulating the walls required removing sections of siding, drilling access holes, and carefully pumping in insulation while monitoring the interior to prevent damage. It was a meticulous, all-day process.

The crews were professional, courteous, and extremely careful to protect both the inside and outside of our home. The crew chief, Sean, took time to explain everything to my husband and kept us updated when adjustments were needed.

We’re very grateful to Superior Energy Solutions for their excellent work—just in time for winter! We can already feel a big difference in the indoor temperature, and we expect to see noticeable savings on our heating bills this season. Highly recommend.
