I manage a building in waltham they always show up when call & all employees have been helpful & knowledgeable

Speechless!!! Quick response, no hassle, quick install. The staff who came to my house were so considerate, did the job quickly, explained how to simply operate the combi unit, and cleaned afterward. Great job guys!

I was driving to work this morning and whoever was driving the company vehicle on route 3 North was driving so recklessly. I was using the left lane to pass (as it’s intended for) and was already going about 10 mph over speed limit but I guess that was too slow for him. He was riding my bumper so I tapped my brakes so he would back off. Instead he kept his high beams on me for MILES until I was able to move into the middle lane. Once he passed me I realized he was driving a company van and was appalled that he would act like this with the company name plastered all over the vehicle. Will definitely not be using this company when I have plumbing and heating issues since clearly they employ psychos.

This place is a joke beware or the hidden unexplained unscheduled visits that cost you$250 This company is a joke I highly recommend going elsewhere

So I called and asked for a quote. Never got a response. A guy shows up at 8am never confirmed a date or time. I declined because we never confirmed any service or time and you guys send a $225 invoice. What a joke of a company stop the scamming and trying to steal ppls hard earned money. Why would I pay for you to come look and pay later? Again if you need work look elsewhere these ppl are just out to take your money.
So no conformation
No follow up call
You scheduled at your convenience 8am
No recorded call.
No contract for service
But a invoice for $$$

Calling before arrival is called a courtesy call. I guess being courteous is too much of a task for this company.

Just got cut off by truck #95 in Manchester NH. Because the driver didn't want to stop at the yield sign that he had getting onto the highway off Second St. There was no one behind me, so he only had to wait a couple seconds. He then got off at exit 5, Granite St. Train your employees to be better. I had to hit my brakes so I didn't hit him.
