Ryan arrived here at the time he was scheduled for and replaced our air conditioner filter and serviced the rest of the system. He did everything we needed in a very professional, clean, and pleasant manner.

I highly recommend Preferred Air. We had moved into a new home and our A/C was not working on the second floor when we turned it on in the summer and even though they were extremely busy they managed to find time to come by and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. Ryan was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything along the way. Again, I would highly recommend them!

Just had Peter do an annual maintenance on my system. He tested and thoroughly cleaned all indoor units - removing and cleaning the filters and the internal system components including the blower wheel. I highly recommend this company for maintenance of Mitsubishi Electric ductless systems!

When so many people these days treat customers rudely, the people at Preferred Air are a breath of fresh air. (Pardon the pun). These guys are the greatest! So pleasant on the phone, prompt service. Great customer service. They are the best around. Very highly recommended.

I was given a recommendation to go with Prefered Air by someone at my job and I would have to say it was by far the best decision I ever made for my home. I was stressed about the conversion to gas from electric. I went through 8-10 contractors for quotes on doing a complete conversion over from an all electric home to gas. Out of all the contractors the only one that came into my home with the best solution to making the conversion to gas with no change in my homes current layout was Preffred Air. It was obvious that Tom the owner of Preffered Air was not out to just make money on the job but ensure I would be a happy customer in the long term. He was very set on only doing it the way he reccomended and after doing research it was obvious he had my best interest in mind. We got a boiler, hot water tank, hydro air handler and condesor installed along with ecobee 4 thermostats installed. Five zones were installed on the boiler with them leaving me one extra for an additional zone in the future like heating my garage. They helped me make great equipment choices and shared the details with me on why it is the best choice for my home. I went with a viessman condensing boiler, viessman hot water tank, american standard hydro air handler, american standard 2.5 ton condersor, and ecobee 4 thermostats for equipment. Prefered Air has amazing knowledge on the equipment, installation, and are very professional. Dont waste your time looking else where. If you want the best just call these guys. They are very honest and knowledgable about everything and keep you posted on progress. They actually work with you during the entire process and check in with you during installation to ensure you are comfortable with what they are doing in your home. Thanks for everything Prefered Air. Brain and other install team members were amazing to work with and educated me along the way. Shawn Morrissey was amazing going over the equipment and details during start up of all the equipment. He has knowledge on eveything, very honest, great attitude and very professional. Keep up the great work! Keep putting the customer first like you have and you will continue to be great. Wish you guys nothing but the absolute best.

I have been a customer for years with Preferred Air and hold them in the highest regard. The air in our home has been getting better and better over the years with all the upgrades we’ve done. I recommend them highly! They are pros with both heat and a/c. Very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Preferred Air has been so reliable for me over the years and absolutely the most professional company I have ever dealt with. They have taken care of my heating and cooling as well as serviced all my systems. No matter how big or small the job has been I always feel like a VIP.

I hired Preferred Air to do a complete furnace and A/C replacement for my home, and I couldn't be more pleased. The business folks were knowledgeable and helpful. The install team was clean, efficient, and conscientious, and issues that arose during the process were communicated clearly. My questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Shout out to Wayne, Rob, Luis, and the others who helped make this process as painless as possible.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Preferred Air. When I realized that my new condo required a complete re-build of the central air system, they went above and beyond by providing valuable advice on how to design the system to accommodate the challenge of a big open space with 20' ceilings. Additionally, they identified and fixed air flow problems resulting from a poorly designed installation. The team handled the very complicated job with utmost professionalism, courtesy and importantly, expertise. It was a pleasure working with them and I am thrilled with my new (working!) system Preferred Air simply rocks.

They do wonderful work. Both installations look great and work fantastic.
All the people we dealt with were very professional. As a result of our experience with them my folks, my daughter and four different friends also had systems installed bu Preferred Air. They are all very happy.
