Had my gutters cleaned just before the rain from Ida hit. Ryan did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and did a thorough job cleaning the gutters. I would highly recommend The Clear Factor to anyone needing gutters cleaned out. Thank you for the great service and the clear communication.

I needed to have my vinyl sided house cleaned that had many years of mold and mildew. What I needed was a "soft-wash". I called a few local companies and decided on Clear Factor. I couldn't be happier with the results that Ryan and his crew did. They arrived on time and did a great job.
The siding looks brand new. Ryan explained every step and did a fantastic job. They were in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. They power washed the front steps. Very happy with the results and will use Clear Factor in the future.

Ryan promptly returned my phone call when I contacted him to set up an appointment to spec the gutter work I needed done. He showed up properly for the appointment, inspected the work I needed and provided a written estimate with a very reasonable price. He arrived on the appointed day to do the work, work quickly, told me things about my gutters that I did not know. Ryan is a confident, enthusiastic, positive person and very easy to do business with. One should feel very confident and having Ryan complete work for them.

Ryan did an excellent job on my house and gutter cleaning. Very professional and always answered my (many) emails the same day. I plan on having him come again for my fall clean up and highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Had the Clear Factor come to clean my gutters, windows and deck. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of, even though I changed it a couple of times. Their response time was very prompt and professional.
They have their own water tank which for me is a huge plus since my town is under a strict water ban. They did an amazing job on all three jobs, couldn't be happier with the service.

Ryan and his team are super professional with their services. Quality is what any customer looks as a ROI and the Clear Factor team seems to believe in the same ideology. I'd have them over again for any of the services they offer. This is the second time I have used Clear Factor for services, and again, they did an awesome job. The concrete around my pool was black and dirty and after the guys washed it, it looks like new! My deck had a lot of green mold and dirt stains and it came out perfect. This company is so professional and dependable. I highly recommend them!

Ryan provided excellent customer service and work ethic. The house and roof came out wonderful!! There was absolutely no mess from the house washing, roof cleaning or gutter cleaning! The clear factory did an amazing job on our house. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciated that they scheduled a visit to my house to look at it before giving me a quote.

Ryan did a great job last year with our gutters so we had him back this year. We added pressure washing for our cement pool deck to the job. Not only was he incredibly responsive (got back to my initial request and set up a scheduled service date all within a day), but they were right on time that morning and finished both jobs within a couple of hours. I was shocked at how good the pool deck came out; it hasn’t looked this good since we moved into the house 8 years ago! We will definitely use Ryan and his team again in the future.
