Anthony was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem at the circuit board, checked all the vents and the inside and outside heating and cooling units. He explained what had gone wrong and fixed the problem. I highly recommend him.

John Bunn, Falite Brothers service technician and is apprentice were very professional during their recent onsite visit to my home. John's experience and knowledge were apparent as he diagnosed the root cause and properly resolved my AC issue. John was very personable and took the time to educate me on my home HVAC system. I appreciate the skill level, honesty and thoroughness I received from my service call. I will place Falite Brothers at the top of my list for any future HVAC home service and or maintenance needs. A solid 5 star effort by technician John Bunn and his apprentice.

Matt Adams handled my HVAC installation and he did a fabulous job. I live in Beacon Hill which made this project more complex. He worked with me to find creative ways to install the system while meeting the requirements of the architectural commission. I recommend the Mitsubishi floor units for city dwellers in historic homes. They blend in better
( somewhat similar to a radiator). Falite sometimes offers promotions on their HVAC systems. I highly recommend Falite!

I had service to my HVAC system today by Jared. He was extremely professional and repaired my AC unit quickly. Unfortunately it was raining pretty heavy but he still went on the roof to fix it. Highly recommend.

Noisy boiler and garage unit not working. Called them and they came on the following and, problem solved. From the person who answers the phone to the technicians Who maintains and fix my HVAC units I have nothing but good things to say. Have used them for quite sometime now and this is my first review. After 10+ years of great service, I felt that it was the least I could do.

Falite took a job to replace a complete HVAC system in my condo that not every company would take on because it's a P.I.T.A. building with awkward accesses, such as having to use a 10-foot ladder to get into the kitchen ceiling where the air handler sits. They stuck to their quoted price even though the job took two days instead of one due to the tough accesses plus a heat wave. What I am most grateful for, however, is that when a tech accidentally damaged an appliance in the kitchen while up on the ladder, the install team rushed to have Falite's insurance department take care of everything, didn't bill me for the job until the appliance was fixed, and gave me a 5-year service contract for free when pandemic-related backorders meant getting the replacement part took a while. Nice guys on both the install and admin sides (Joe, Al, Matt, Dan, Brian), and so far, six months in, everything is working smoothly.

Jared was here this morning to perform a heating maintenance check. He arrived early and did a thorough job while taking the initiative to explain what he was doing. Jared has been here before and it’s nice to see a familiar technician. He’s an asset to your company!

Service was excellent. Very responsive. Jared was my serviceman and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain how my system works and the root causes of the issue. Great job and highly recommend.

The company is very responsive. They understood when I explained my wife disability and made time in a very busy schedule to come out and resolve my problem. The tech was very knowledgeable answered all of my questions and educated me about how my system actually works. Great experience all around.

Fantastic service
I had a leak on a holiday weekend. Pam from the office contacted the
technicians while driving into Boston and sent them to me. The men were full of information and fixed it quickly. Then took me outside and explained and showed me the problem. The problem may have been minor but leaking water can do a lot of damage in a short period of time. Thank you Falite bros

Have been doing business w/Falite Bros for years. Always responsive and professional. The Technician, Jared, came to my house to repair my condenser that stopped running. He diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck and tested the system ensuring it was working properly before he left. Jared is a very knowledgeable, professional young man and a hard worker.

Mike was quick to arrive after my call and identify the problem with my furnace. Given the age of the system, Mike needed to order a replacement part but made it happen within 24 hours. I have heat! Kind, early to arrive and quick, give these guys bonus points in my book.

We recently had our central air conditioner serviced. A wonderful technician named Jared took the time to explain what he was doing & why. He observed incredibly good awareness of COVID protocols. We would highly recommend Falite Brothers & especially Jared for any air conditioning services.

So far so good. This was my first experience with Falite Brothers and it was all good. They were easy to schedule, prompt, polite, and appeared knowledgeable about my A/C system. I’m optimistic that this will be a good company to deal with.

My A/C broke (condenser/compressor). My HVAC guy had retired, so I called several businesses - none but Falite Bros were responsive. John and his buddy diagnosed the problem the next day, quoted me two options for repair and gave me a repair appointment on the spot. For the repair work, John was punctual, and all work was completed professionally. The new unit works great, better than any previous one. I don't get to say this often, but this team was fantastic.

We had Tony and Robbie for a service call to see an older gas furnace. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. We’re sensitive to budget issues and provided good diagnosis and plan for repair and we would definatelty use Falite Brothers again

Jarod was great. He communicates well. He recommended a couple of services. He explained them in detail as to why they are important. Of course, giving me the option to decide if I want him to do them.
