This is the second time JLB Plumbing came to the rescue. I have an old house with radiators that sounded like they were about to explode. Kevin was amazing and found the problem and resolved it quickly. And on another time the hot water was suddenly boiling hot! Again Kevin found the problem and we were up and running again. I highly recommend JLB Plumbing!

JLB plumbing & Mechanical are the best hands down. Matt assessed the situation and next day Kevin replaced the valve. They were very helpful and let me know what needs to be replaced. They were very professional and I will recommend them to my friendsand family. Price was very reasonable and service was top notch.

JLB Plumbing came to our rescue a few days ago to correct a leakage at the bottom of both of our toilets. Kevin was awesome! He corrected the issue by doing a step that 3 other plumbers eliminated by choice or just not knowing what to do! We now have no leaking @ the bottom of the bowl and will contact JLB Plumbing for any future issues! We will ask to please send Kevin to our place! 👍

I can’t say enough about this JLB. They do a great job, even if they are not the cheapest solution. You pay for what you get and they are the best plumbing service I have seen in Reading. I called them for every single job that I have, and they always hit the nail on the head: AC service, garbage disposal installation, plumbing connections, etc. I never have to look anywhere else for my plumbing needs. They are the best and they’re the only ones I will use going forward. You should do the same.

Exceptional Water Heater and Pressure Tank Installation Experience.

I recently had a water heater and pressure tank installed by JLB Plumbing & Mechanical on 12/05/2024, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The technician Kevin took the time to explain the installation process in detail, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Their expertise was evident, as they worked meticulously to ensure every connection was secure and up to code.

What truly stood out was the team’s attention to detail. They ensured the installation area was clean and tidy, leaving no trace of debris or packaging behind. They even provided tips on maintenance to extend the lifespan of the equipment.

Overall, this was a seamless experience, and I highly recommend their services for anyone needing water heater installation. Exceptional quality and professionalism all around!

We bought a condo in December so we just now found out how bad the AC was. JLB came out and looked over our system and the first thing he found was an extremely packed air filter. Put a new one in and what a difference. So he checked everything else and went outside as well. He didn’t try to sell me a new system. This will be fine. Very happy with the professionalism and good personality. Best of all, no hard sell for anything that didn’t need fixing.

I’ve been using JLB for a few years now for my plumbing, heating, and AC needs.

They are always prompt, professional, and just do a solid job overall; Kevin especially is a great guy.

They also show up ASAP in emergency scenarios, which hasn’t always been the case with other companies i’ve dealt with in the past.

I highly recommend their services to any prospective customers.

They were great and came right away. I was referred to them by my daughter’s friend and they came right over within a half hour. Kevin is the one who came by- he was very polite and knew exactly what had to be done. The following day he came back with water heater- took out the old and installed the new one. I highly recommend this business. I would use them again in a pinch if needed.

JLB Plumbing & Mechanical recently did a Complete Overhaul of our “ancient” furnace and Oil Container. Joe Bucciero had done Exceptional plumbing work at our home previously. Hence, we were Happy to have him advise us of our furnace issue.

After consulting with Joe, he gave us Many options. We were satisfied with our choice that would give us more Efficient Energy, and Less Cost in the “long-run”.

When Joe and his crew did the work of removing the old furnace & oil tank, they did it efficiently, and Cleaned Up afterwards.

Again, while installing the new furnace and Central Air Conditioning, they were Efficient & Clean!

I have to add, that Joe Bucciero’s associates, crew/workers were Very Respectful of our home, and towards us!
They were Kind, Personable, yet Completely Professional!
They even played a little with our dog!

I would leave more stars if I could. Their customer service is great, which unfortunately is rare these days. They returned calls, showed up on time and explained all that they were doing and what I was getting charged for. I dealt with Kevin and would highly recommend him and JLB plumbing!

I was anxious about putting a new water filtration system in my new condo. I was impressed how Phil, the JLB Plumbing & Mechanical technician, quickly and efficiently installed the Kind Water System, and explained how it worked to me. The new filtrations system looked like a work of 'art' given how Phil used many copper elbows and straight copper pipe to make the filtration system operable. Given the installation had many potential 'leak points,' it didn't leak because he tested it several times as I watched. I would recommend JLB Plumbing & Mechanical for any plumbing needs. Technician Phil is a credit to the JLB Plumbing & Mechanical company.
