I recently purchased a home, and to my surprise, the heat wasn't working and no thermostat was installed. After weeks of me trying to get the original contractor to come out and remedy this. I finally gave in and sought outside help. I ran into JN services, and they came out sameday! Robert and Mario were awesome and got everything going. They even stayed late to make sure I had heat for the weekend. I really appreciate their help and look forward to only working with them!

In December my heating system failed. I called 4 plumbers, none of which returned my call. Finally, I contacted JN Plumbing. They quickly returned my call and we're at my house as soon as they finished up on another service call.
They assessed the job, gave me a fair quote, and completed the work professionally. Junior, kept me informed while he did the work and actually did a couple of extra repairs. The job was completed for the agreed upon price.
I would highly recommend this company.

JN Service came out on short notice to replace our water heater when it broke. They were extremely polite, professional and got the job done in 48 hours! We originally had a tank and wanted to switch to tankless which was a more complex process to do and they did a wonderful job. We had hot water back within two days and got the tankless system we wanted. These guys cut no corners, high quality work!!!

I got home from traveling over the 4th of July weekend to find my central air not working. Junior and the team at JN Service were able to arrive at my house the next morning to diagnose and fix. They did a really great job at a reasonable cost! Also, very professional, hard working and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Junior actually answered his phone on a Saturday and he came out right away to assess our unit. Our 27 year old Carrier was on it`s last legs. He made every attempt to fix the problem with the old unit but in the end the rust and corrosion won out.

He was on time and professional. Fair price, good work and personable. We had a new Trane installed and working within
a week and a half of my first call to JN Service. NO WAY would a
large company have that quick turnaround !

I would absolutely recommend Junior and JN Service to my friends, family and neighbors.

They did a really job, cleaning out our dryer vent to get the dryer back to heating/drying the clothes. The dryer actually runs even better too! Will definitely be using JN service yearly for maintenance. I loved that they wore shoe Booties in the house as to not track in the germs from outside. There was a miscommunication on the final price But they handled it and I was left satisfied. Definitely book with JN Service HVAC & Plumbing, you won't regret it!

I highly recommend JN Service! After two weeks of having had a different technician “repair” my air conditioner unit, i called JN Service to get a different opinion. Junior was very responsive and was able to come to my house very quickly. He recommended to replace the condenser, which he was able to do in less than 24 hours. Junior is very professional, responsive, and punctual, which I have struggled to find in prior technicians. My air conditioner is working perfectly now and couldn’t be happier with the service i received!

I got a call from them when I post the issue with in seconds to set the appointment which also was very fast in just few hours. I got assign with a technician named “Robert” he was on time and was very wonderful guy. He knows what is he doing and what is the problem with in 1 hour the issue got resolved and I like the quickest solution thank you Robert for your expertise.

Mario, who came this morning 10/22/24, is a great guy, very friendly, and a great worker. He did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond. The pricing was great, and I will definitely recommend JN service to others. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing or hvac work I need done . Junior, the owner who came the first time also a great guy and nice to work with. They are a great team.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service call. First off all of the people I worked with amazing 10/10. All props to these hard working young men. We had an issue we called Thursday. Friday we had someone to look it over. Then Monday morning they were here on site! I am so grateful for them I finally have HVAC right before winter! I went to look at the job this morning great service. No mess at all nearly impossible to come across these days.

Also as they worked, I was studying for finals this week and they able to complete the job fast and quit! Can’t thank them enough.

Junior & his team are amazing! Junior was very patient with me and my many questions and was very responsive! I had originally booked them to change my heating system from oil to gas but had my hot water tank give out on a Saturday night. I contacted Junior Sunday morning and within an hour his team was at the house! I cannot say enough good things about them and look forward to working with them in the near future!

Robert was able to figure out my issue was related to the new furnace after I was told it couldn't be the furnace install. Robert was was very professional as well as a pleasant person to deal with.

My furnace got damaged during a flood (the whole state had a huge rainstorm) and Junior was able to get it running in a day, very happy with the service was knowledgeable and reviewed the work with me.

Robert and Felix are awesome. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They were respectful, covered their shoes each time they entered the house and provided video of the dryer vent cleaning. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend.

Amazing installation in Lynn, MA! Junior was professional, efficient, and offered very competitive prices. He installed HVAC ducts, a new furnace, and an AC compressor—everything was done flawlessly. Highly recommend him for any HVAC needs!

Service was very professional by Felix. Problem diagnostic was performed quickly and problem with Pool Heater solved. I was up and running in less than one hour. Having spent 50 years in major medical facilities in Boston area as facility head of Maintenance Operation I easily could see the professionalism and knowledge with the service tech.

Junior was incredibly generous and provided us with a free thermostat, which was such a thoughtful and gesture. Kauan was professional,knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He quickly identified the issue with our furnace and got the heat back up and running in no time. I am very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.
