John and son, were efficient, clean, and quick. They were effective in migrating me from well water to town water.

My hot water heater started leaking over the weekend. Jack came right out to check and see if it was repairable, it wasn’t so I needed a new one. His son came out on Monday morning and replaced it and all is working great now. I could recommend John Lee co more.

Called John Lee Plumbing based on a friends referral. Initially it was a pleasant experience. I was able to set up an appointment to have someone come and assess the job that needed to be done. The plumber came out the next day, was confident he could do the job and said hed call us back with a quote and a day a time that he could come back to do the work. We waited a week with no call back. Then we tried calling several times being assured we would receive a call back, and never did. It's been over a month mow and still no service. I am disappointed as it seemed like the company was reputable and reliable. Now I need to find yet another new plumber.
