The owner Zach and every employee I dealt with were top notch. I can’t remember a more enjoyable experience when dealing with an issue no one wants to deal with.
Prices were more than fair, keeping in mind, you’re getting a years warranty for work that would otherwise be a thank you and goodbye.
There is no company/people I would recommend more.

Found Rezy Save plumbing on Angie's list. Was hoping I made the right decision. Mike and another guy(sorry didn't get his name) They couldn't of been nicer. I had two toilet repaired, they were quick but took the time to explain everything. Mike also fixed my drain in one of the bathrooms. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Michael came. Very professional, kind, patient and efficient.
Checked out all the ducts and filters and gave me a reasonable estimate, considering the several hours of work it would take to clean them all out. The next day he arrived with DJ and Malik, also very professional and friendly. The 3 of them did an excellent job of cleaning the ducts and cleaning up after themselves, including several trips to the back yard trash containers to empty the massive amount of gunk from the ducts.
The gentleman who did the booking on the phone, Jason, was also a gem. The whole crew deserves the 5 stars and more! I highly recommend Rezy Save.

I had a great experience with RezySave. As a property owner, I needed a gas tankless water heater replaced quickly for a tenant in Leominster, and they got it done the very next day.

The team was professional, efficient, and extremely organized. Their work was clean, communication was clear, and pricing was very reasonable.

I was confident enough after the first job to have them complete two additional tankless water heater installs, same great experience each time.

If you need reliable plumbing or tankless water heater work, I’d absolutely recommend them.

I will definitely be using this company again. I called over the weekend for a garbage disposal that broke. They agreed to come to our house 8am Monday - and Zach showed up at exactly 8am as promised. Unfortunately the disposal could not be repaired but by 8:30am the next morning, one of the other owners of the business appeared with a new disposal and installed it. The price was reasonable and their communication (keeping me updated on when they would return and that they would be 1/2 hour late to arrive the second morning) was really appreciated. They are very professional.

My water heater broke so I had to replace it. I used Rezy Save plumbing to install the new water heater. They were excellent! RezySave replaced all three of my toilets, 3 faucets, and a few copper pipes in basement that were flooding risks (did this for cost of pipe cause already there). It was 20% cheaper than 2 other quotes even with better models I had picked out. I then asked for quote on water heater put in 6 months ago. Said I did not need it. I said give me one anyway. When saw quote, lets just say wish found then 6 months ago. The save part in the name is not just a sales pitch. Hope not to need them again... but would be my 1st call.
