Great Company! Very organized and great management

We settled into our 126,000 square foot facility on April 2016 and are very pleased with the final results. We are most appreciative of the way that CTA Construction worked with the Wachusett Regional School District to ensure that timelines were met and we were able to move into our school on time. This was accomplished through the close working relationship we had with CTA construction and a shared desire to finish the project meeting timelines that worked best for our students, faculty and community. I found the leadership of CTA Construction to be easily accessible and quick to respond to our needs.

EDIT: Today is May 6, 2021 and at 6:21 AM this morning construction began on The West Somerville Library Renovation project. That is 40 minutes prior to the legal start time of 7:00 AM for construction. I have photos and video of two crew members working on site at that time, as I can clearly see the site from my window. This the FOURTH time this has happened on this project. I tried to phone this company at the number left in the comment to my original post at 11:06 AM today, but once again this number leads you nowhere. Instead of being able to ask to be transferred to the Somerville Project Team, as stated in the below response, it leads to a general voicemail box for the company. Once again, the CTA Construction Company is not only breaking the rules, but they are giving the neighborhood that surrounds this project the run around. If you like chaos, disorder, ineffective project leaders, and the inability to work well with the neighborhood, this is the construction company to hire. If you'd like to work with a real construction company, don't hire this one.

I live next door to one of their major ongoing project, The West Somerville Library Renovation project. Construction crews have begun work as early as 6:30 a.m. on several occasions. Those of us who live in close proximity to this project haven been given phone numbers to call when this occurs. However, those in charge of complaints do not take you seriously. I've called multiple times, and nothing has changed. Their employees on the construction site are rude and will tell you they don't speak your language. The amount of trash that litters the construction site and blows around the neighborhood is appalling. This company does not follow the rules and regulations set by the city who hired then to do this project, and refuse to listen to those who live in the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend hiring them.

Very disappointed in their business practices. We went above and beyond building a playground in a timely manner and now that payment is owed. They continue to not return messages.
