Elmer did an excellent job from start to finish. His level of organization and attention to detail truly stand out. The entire process was smooth, on time, and very well executed.

His team is highly professional, respectful, and efficient, which made everything run seamlessly. One thing I especially appreciate is that once the project is completed, he brings in a cleaning professional to make sure everything is left spotless, just as it was originally.

To anyone who’s interested Victor is very good contractor. He did everything. He said he was gonna do on time. He helped me through the process. I would definitely call him back.

Victor and his team did an excellent job of doing a complicated roof deck - they did it efficiently and quickly which is not always the case with many contractors. He was very responsive and worked with our architect.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Victor for his exceptional work on the renovation of a two-family home in Watertown, MA. The project included a full overhaul of the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, the addition of two fully tiled bathrooms with custom shower glass doors, installation of closed-cell insulation in the exterior walls and Rockwool in the interior walls, glued-down hardwood floors with rubber underlay for soundproofing, and the replacement of all windows and doors. The kitchen was also beautifully renovated with Cambria and MSI quartz countertops. Victor and his team expertly installed new baseboard and crown molding trims as well.

From securing permits to overseeing the final inspection, Victor skillfully managed every aspect of the renovation. His no-pressure approach made the process seamless, and we were able to stay on schedule. I highly recommend VSGencontractor for any renovation project.

We planned on building our house in two stages. We originally hired a contractor for stage one and were extremely disappointed because the beginning part of the project (foundation and frame) took almost eight months. We realized this was unacceptable so we fired the original contractor and hired Victor Sarkisov and his team to complete stage two of our home. The same scope of the work was done in two month and three weeks taking into account downtime due to rain. Victor was very professional and organized, as well as very helpful in answering any questions we asked during the project. He was reasonable in pricing as well, and was always very energetic and smiley! We would highly recommend Victor, and would be more than happy to use him again in the near future.

I reached out about repairing 10+ windows that hadn't been properly sealed when someone else installed them originally. Victor was quick to reply, responding late on a Friday, and his team lead came to look at the house on Saturday morning. He came by on Monday to look himself, discuss the plan with me, and wrote up a contract that same day so we were able to start work the next day. His team spent the next two days carefully adding flashing and/or insulation to nearly 30 windows, using great care to keep the trim and siding in good shape. The end product was skillfully done, well under budget of the other offer we got, and done within a week.

I've since worked with them on another project to add an offlow route for our AC unit and repair our back deck, among other things, all of which was again done well and on time.

I truly can’t recommend Victor and his team enough!

I hired Victor back in 2022 to get some remodeling done on my sunroom and bathroom, and we were very happy with the results. So naturally, when I needed work done in my basement, he was the first person I called. I was worried it might be too small of a job, but Victor responded right away—on a Sunday, no less—and scheduled a visit at my first available time. He gave me a fair estimate and had the job completed that Friday!

Another positive experience with Victor and Emanuel was how respectful they were of our space entering in and out of our home. They were professional and respected our work-from-home situation, leaving the space even cleaner than before. A positive experience all around :)

Victor and his team are wonderful! I had a large renovation project for a 4-family in Waltham. The property is very old (built in 1878!) and required significant renovation/restoration. I had never tackled any investment like this before and am very grateful that I hired Victor and his team! Victor did an incredible job on my home remodel. From start to finish, he was reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented. He handled everything—dry rot repairs, new floors and cabinets, painting, attic insulation, etc. On top of that, his skill with an excavator was truly impressive, making quick work of the toughest jobs.

Since I wasn’t in the area, he kept me updated with progress photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’d hire him again in a heartbeat. If you need a contractor, he’s your guy.
