Ken was very courteous and thorough when investigating my broken AC unit. He explained every step and was looking out for me the whole time. I definitely recommend him and his team.

We had a lightning strike that fried our thermostats & one of our hvac systems. Ken handled it quickly, and very professionally -- and with great care I can't say enough about how good he was to work with. He will be my first call with any future hvac issues.

I asked Ken to do an AC unit and furnace inspection and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough in cleaning the accumulated dirt on our AC unit and explained everything he did clearly. He was also very responsive, punctual, and easy to talk to.

From the first phone call and scheduling of the service visit to the completion of servicing my AC system and the invoicing process, Ken provided top-flight service, as good as any I have ever received from such a service provider. His professional manner – expertise, attention to details, cleanliness – and his personal demeanor – patient, polite, clarity of communication – leave no doubt that Ken is the first person I will call for future AC service and the first person/company I would recommend to others, family, friends, or neighbors. Ken returned my call for an emergency repair of my central AC promptly and was able to come the next day. Diagnosis and repair took 20 minutes and we were back in operation. His price was reasonable.

Ken was super nice, and fixed our HVAC leaking problems quicker than I thought possible. So grateful for the speedy service. Definitely will be calling him again if anything else goes wrong.

On November 30, 2022, one of our 20-year old American Standard gas-fired furnaces would not heat the air unless the power was reset. I figured it was a faulty sensor or the circuit board, as we had just changed the filter. I called Ken at 10:30am and he said he could be at my house at 11:30am. Ken arrived promptly at 11:30am and got to work.

He was very thorough in checking over the furnace components and found:
a) the pump was not working (he replaced it with a new pump)
b) the air-intake valve had some leaves in it (he cleaned it out).

In the course of testing the system, he also determined that the control (circuit) board was faulty, which was why the system was shutting off. (I was sitting there watching what he did so I know he is honest).

He went out to get a new control board, and replaced that.

All told, he was busy with this problem for approx 4.5 hours.

It seemed his prices were fair given the number of issues he found and fixed (though obviously I can't make a price comparison with other service providers).

I'm having him back next week to check over my other gas-fired furnace.

He's a very nice person to work with.

Enjoyed the heat wave this past week in our air conditioned home thanks to Ken. Turned on the AC in our new place in May and found it wasn't cooling. Ken came same day and found out it had been installed improperly and without any coolant. He checked the system for leaks, cleaned the coils and added freon all for a good rate. AC has been working even when the heat index was over 100 this week!

Ken is awesome!! He came highly recommended by a friend. He was able to easily schedule me in, he was professional and so polite, and fixed my AC issue in the first visit.

I had an issue with my AC not cooling the house and reached out to Ken’s. Within an hour I got a response to schedule an appointment for the following day to have it checked out. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He communicated about the issue clearly and was pleasant and polite throughout. And on top he charged a fair price. Would recommend and use again!

Ken called me immediately to set up an appointment for the next day. We had a second heating issue and I called on Sunday and Ken picked up and scheduled to come the next day. He solved the problem and was very professional, skilled, personable, and patiently explained how the furnace worked so I would understand the process. I am very impressed with this company!

Had to come here and share the wonderful service experience I just had. Our heating system broke down last night and my husband randomly found Ken online - they came today and he was just the kindest, soft spoken, well mannered guy ever. He diagnosed the job and completed it and was so reasonably priced. Felt like we found a unicorn!

Ken was quick and friendly, most importantly super professional. I had a issue with thermostat not working in the middle of November and need it to be fixed ASAP, called Ken and he came the next day which is amazing given how most HVAC companies need months to schedule. He came on time the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue and reassured me with his professionalism. He fixed the issue and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs quick responsive help from professionals regarding HVAC. And will definitely call in the future!

I highly recommend Ken’s HVAC. Ken immediately responded to my call about our central air conditioning unit that wasn’t cooling. He came the same day during the most recent heatwave, and he was quick to diagnose the problem and get the unit up and running. Ken’s customer service is the best!

Ken provides an excellent AC repair and service at a very reasonable price. He is always able to come in on a short notice when needed. He is very knowledgeable and does what is necessary, but doesn't push you into paying for optional services. He is also a nice person, easy to talk to. A true professional who loves his job and does it with pride.

Ken is awesome! I contacted him in 2023 to check and set up the AC for the season on a house we had just bought. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and respectful of the property (wore shoe covers inside and laid down drop cloths to protect the floor below the attic entry). He has since closed the system and reopened in 2024. I have been very happy with his service, and his prices .

Very highly recommended! Ken was able to replace my AC compressor for a fraction of the price offered by another company. He came to evaluate it the same day I called him and squeezed in a replacement for us during a heat wave. Great work, quick, professional. I will use Ken again for any of my HVAC needs.

Our central air system started having issues on the hottest day of the year so far (of course). I called Ken to see if he could come check it out. He returned my call within a couple of hours, and was in first thing the following morning. He assessed and fixed the issue within about a half an hour. He was kind, clear, explained what the issue was, solved it, and gave his recommendation for future maintenance. He'll be our go to for any future cooling and heating issues. Definitely recommend him!
