Had an emergency sewer back up over the long weekend that was very stressful to say the least. We contacted Scott Robillard Plumbing and they came out ASAP. They were extremely professional and great at communication. Exceptional experience! I would highly recommend them.

Scott and his crew were amazing. I called 12/30 and Scott was able to squeeze me in the next day. I had a leak underneath the bathroom sink and he quickly fixed it. I called a couple of places and all went to voicemail and no call backs. I understand it's a busy time of the year and i really wasnt expecting a fast turnaround. He was very professional. Overcharged and my issue came back in a week. Would not accept responsibility and I had to go with another plumber and pay TWICE for a single issue.

I got a recommendation from my neighbor and 3 months back reached out to start discussing service or replacement of a water heater. Sent many photos and discussed the situation. Eventually he came over for an assessment. We spent at least an hour discussing options and made a plan to move forward with replacement. He took notes, was very focused and appeared responsible, and then said he would need a week to put together a quote and a plan.

That was the last I heard from him. I messaged him again about a month and a half after and received dead silence in response. Yesterday, 3 months on I woke up to a broken water heater that flooded the basement, resulting in very significant cost and cleanup. I should have abandoned faith in this guy faster and found someone else to address the situation before it went critical. That's on me, but presenting as a responsible and interested professional and then ghosting like a careless child is on him. The least we can expect from a tradesman is to just communicate if they are not interested or not able to follow through.
