We needed to replace the propane manifold on our 3-yr old Weber Genesis grill as the control knobs got bumped hard by an unknown object and bent the manifold connections. I attempted to straighten them but didn't feel comfortable using the grill. Saw the reviews for Mr. Grill and reached out to schedule a service call. Zak contacted me schedule a time and suggested I contact Weber first as the part might be under warranty (which is was and certainly appreciated as I thought parts were only covered for one year). He arrived on time, replaced the manifold and tested all burners to make sure everything worked to spec. Great communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Scheduled an end of season deep clean as well. Highly recommended and reasonably priced!

We’ve used their services for the past three years. We use our grill year round, even in New England winters, and the grill gets grimy no matter how well we clean the grates. These guys make the overall grill including the grates looking like new. They are the best!!

Efficient, professional and good quality work. Curtis came early in the day and after looking at our grill, which had been neglected for about 2 years, clearly stated what work was necessary and what work was optional. I appreciated the honesty, since the base price is already a bit high up there. In about an hour we had a functional and almost-brand-new-looking grill for our summer cookouts.

Curtis did a great job servicing our Lynx outdoor grill. He was meticulous and cleaned the grill thoroughly. He also identified problems with the trays of ceramic briquettes, and sent me by email photos that I have used to get replacements under warranty. That was extremely helpful. Further, he provided advice about using the grill to keep it in good shape. All in all, he did a really excellent job.

Bought our Weber Grill last summer and was unable to start this year. Weber customer service was not helpful. I found Mr.Grill online and had a quick response. Within a short period of time we had a very professional service person at our home and the grill in full working order. Now I have their card for next year as it will be worth having someone else take on that job!

Mr Grill did an amazing job on our Weber grill. The technician came while we were away, and accessed the grill on our deck. He replaced a few corroded parts and now it is working good as new. The deck was clean of any debris from the process. They stuck very close to their cost estimate. I would definitely use them again.

Convenient online appointment scheduling, received clear, detailed job estimate/quote up front, texted me when on the way,
arrived on time (within scheduled window), Zak communicates well, honest (didn't claim I needed new parts when the old ones were fine and just needed to be cleaned), he did outstanding job cleaning/restoring my Weber Genesis II grill. 10yr.-old grill now looks and performs like new. Very happy with the results. Will use Mr. Grill again in future, highly recommended.

Mr. Grill transformed our grill from a mess to like new. It hadn’t been cleaned for six summers. The technician was courteous and professional. He left the area around the grill clean too. I will use them again.

I’ve used Mr. Grill on multiple occasions from regular deep cleaning of our grill (15-20x use per year) to kitchen oven and hood. Each and everytime, the technicians worked independently and professionally. I highly recommend.

3. Oven had Been repaired and racks were problematic but after cleaning it worked properly

Mr. Grill (Curtis) arrived early on the day of the appointment and beautifully cleaned our grill, which is 10+ years old. It is now in tiptop shape. We have used Mr Grill before and highly recommend for outdoor grills. Thank you. An excellent service.
