I needed a single unit of a certain baseboard heater in a non-standard color. The manufacturer was willing to customize a single unit for me, but I couldn’t find a distributor willing to process the single unit order. Then I had the good fortune of encountering James at NorthEast Electrical. His distributor said “no” the first two times James contacted them but a few hours later he called me to say he may have found a way to place the order. He called again the next day to report that his distributor finally agreed to process the order and that manufacturer was willing to ship the customized unit directly to me. Kudos to James and NorthEast Electrical for going to such efforts to help a walk-in solve a problem.
