Awesome experience with Michael. He came out to help with the heat pumps and I should have called him last time I had an issue. He found a wire chewed by mice, received a new one the next day and that afternoon we were up and running.
Michael is a wicked nice guy, explained what was going on, and will be our go to guy for anything HVAC.

Michael Williams was recommended by a friend here in Woodstock,, and I am so thankful for that recommendation. He came out when he said he would, confirmed that I needed a whole new system, and got the ball rolling immediately. Communication was impeccable, and he (and his wife) were a pleasure to deal with! He took care of the permits and getting the electrician, and it all went perfectly. I highly recommend Michael Williams HVAC!!
