After experiencing sudden whole-home electrical issues in winter, Nikoma arrived early the morning after my call and diagnosed an issue with the underground supply service. Showing a welcome sense of urgency, he coordinated with the town and National Grid to make the fix the following day; this involved hanging a new suspended electrical service, which was cost-effective and well-suited for my home's situation. He took my preference into account to build the new mast onto the side of my single-story house instead of cutting new roof penetration.

I recommend this company and would definitely call them again for future electrical needs.

I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work performed. Mr. Hilliard came out to access what was needed, saving me thousand of dollars because another Electrictrian missed diagnosis the actual problem. They explained what was needed and completed all work quickly. After the work was completed I was given a complete overview of everything including cost. My job began on time and the Hiĺiard team ensured they cleaned up after and allowed questions.

Hillard Electrical did an amazing job helping us hang a tricky chandelier on our vaulted ceiling. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and patient in answering all of my (many!) questions. On top of that, they quickly diagnosed an electrical issue we were having and fixed it on the spot. Highly recommend them for their expertise and excellent service!

Nick & team came out to inspect a power outage issue at my property. They were very flexible with the date/time and were able to come help me out on short notice- greatly appreciated since my property did not have heat as a result! The team corrected my issue in short time, and provided reasonable options for the permanent correction to the issue in the future.
