Alex and team consistently deliver great work across multiple properties of mine. They’ve redone all my plumbing in one house, water heater replacement etc. outdoor water faucets for hoses. most recently redid 2 bathrooms - toilets, faucets, shower heads etc. he’s also fixed my heating system that no one else could figure out. they do it all. And they respond, show up on time, keep to themselves, clean up and charge fair rates. Would recommend to anyone.

My mother had an emergency situation with her kitchen faucet this morning. Mark, the owner of Compass Plumbing and Heating was at my Mothers condo within a half an hour to rectify the situation.
He then had 2 Compass Plumbing and Heating team members there a hour later to install a brand new faucet.
They were extremely professional and took very good care of my Mother who is very nervous at the time. I highly recommend them. .

Called Compass plumbing today and can’t say enough about their service, from the girl in the office who was pleasant, helpful and efficient to Mark ( owner ? ) who called back right away and came out and did a great job replacing my toilet took the old one cleaned up after and was very reasonable . I wish all the company’s I did business with were half as good. Thank you Compass for a Great job

Marc, the owner, is an awesome resource and has a wealth of knowledge. He is also one of the assistant plumbing inspectors for the town which means you know it will be done right from the beginning.

Kate the office manager is super quick to respond to emails!

I have also worked with Alex and Dean, both of which were highly professional, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.

They bring the value when it comes to getting the job done and were absolutely worth working with on my commercial job. I will be working with them again for a bathroom project at my house next!

We had Dean from Compass do some work at our home today. We were extremely pleased with the work he did. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and vacuumed and cleaned up after the work was completed.
We highly recommend this Company and would definitely use them in the future!

I had compass plumbing install a toilet for me and it was done very well. The toilet works so well and they offer a military discount. I would definitely use them again they did such a good job. I highly recommend this company for future plumbing needs. Thank You

In my opinion , I cannot recommend. Called for a small leak under the kitchen sink. Sent a guy who might not have even been a plumber. Installed a pvc pipe that covered the dishwasher outflow. Needless to say this caused another problem! Duh! When they came to fix his workers told me this and apologized. The owner or manager was a jerk to me and did not call me back as promised. Yeah, steer clear in my opinion.
