I have a split air system and had two units deep cleaned and checked as well as the outside condenser. Tony, the technician that came was prompt and very efficient
He explained things to me and did a wonderful job. The fact that they call when they are almost at your house and send a photo and name of the person is a nice touch. Will definitely be calling them whenever a need arises.

I think your service is wonderful but getting way to expensive. I have heard rumors about how expensive Berkshire is. I think I was ripped off when I bought my units. And I was never told about the complete maintenance of my units. I thought that was unfair too. Otherwise I do love the units
