Just before Xmas the main sewer line at my new house decided to overflow into my laundry room and garage. To say that dealing with poo water 12 hours after I got the keys to the place nearly caused me to have a nervous breakdown is an understatement. Cody, Cameron, and Keith to the rescue. Cody was extremely responsive and immediately diagnosed the issue (I thought it was a leaking washer hose). Keith did a fantastic job with new piping and installing the new w/d, and special thanks to Cameron for putting up with my panic induced control issues and helping to talk me “off the ledge.“

They did an excellent job. I'm sure they found my problem and corrected it. They had to work extra hours to get it right. Very satisfied!

Cody was extremely helpful and went out of his way to fix a burst pipe on Sunday evening. I called him at 2:30pm, and he called me from another job saying he would come right after. He was at our house at 6pm, drove all over to find the right parts, and actually came back at 9pm to fix the pipe. Very nice guy, extremely customer-focused. Will be working with them moving forward.

I’m giving Rescue Plumbing a 5 star review as a single mom who knows just enough about plumbing and construction to be dangerous! Rescue Plumbing listened to my issues, asked good questions, reviewed my photos, gave me options, and I STILL shopped around. I chose Rescue because in the end they were honest, they offered me a referral elsewhere if I wanted it, and they ended up being less expensive than their competitors.
When it came time to get the work done they were on time, respected my tenants, kept the area very clean and safe, and communicated with me about the process. It was actually a pleasure having a visit from a plumber!
I’ll call them again whenever I have another issue with my plumbing and highly recommend them as a full service plumbing company operating right here in Hollis.

Rescue Plumbing has been a life saver for me! I was out of town and was alerted that I had 6 inches of water in my basement. My elderly in-laws had plugged drain kitchen sink and dishwasher which they could not be without. Cody called me promptly and said they would be there at a certain time and they were 35 minutes early! Cameron was first on the scene, Cody was right behind! They assessed the situation then got to work, explaining exactly what they would, they put drop cloths everywhere.
A short time later the problem was solved and drain was running smoothly.
It is great to see a service company that focuses on the service as the main priority!

You're not just dealing with a company here, this team really cares. This is an honest, hard working team. They are not just doing the job, they truly help you, they inform you about everything, they assist dealing with the city, water company and insurance, they try to keep your expenses as low as possible while achieving the best results. You can just tell that they treat you as they want to be treated when calling craftsmen. Amazing. This has been an exceptional experience, above and beyond! Hard to find these days - We are grateful and lucky that we've found these guys.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Rescue Plumbing Services. We just moved into a new home and are experiencing our first winter here, unfortunately ending up with a burst pipe in our heating system. Unlike many other plumbers, Rescue was available on a late weekend night, was able to talk through some immediate actions over the phone and arrived promptly to evaluate our issue. The team was a pleasure to work with and quickly and effectively completed repairs in our home, resolving a few other issues we were experiencing while they were here. Willingness to answer questions and offer other guidance along the way was also greatly appreciated. We will absolutely consider this team as our go to plumber, emergency and otherwise.

We had a major issue with broken sewer pipes. Cody and Cameron took their time to explain the situation found an affordable solution and quoted the work fairly and transparently. I would not hesitate to use them again.
