Fast diagnosis of an issue with our AC heat pump mini split system and at a reasonable price. Had it up and running within the day. They also were able to make it over just a few days after I called them. Other HVAC companies were saying they'd show up in 2 weeks and then never got back to me. Appreciate the good service!

Would highly recommend these folks for the work they do. My furnace suddenly stopped working on Thanksgiving and needed to get it back up and running ASAP. Wes and Jesse showed up and had everything working perfectly before the holiday guests showed up. Truly saved the day!

I highly recommend Rock Valley. They installed 3 mini-splits in our home and took care of all the paperwork to get us the rebates. Their staff was very courteous and competent. When we had to contact them, I found one of the owners, Wes, to be very responsive. At one point he came out to work on a problem with one of the units. He brought a representative from Mitsubishi and he stayed several hours to ensure that the problem was solved and we were satisfied. He was a pleasure to do business with and we are very pleased glad that we selected this local dealer.

Rock Valley HVAC did an excellent job on my whole-home heating mini-split install and boiler removal. I wanted ceiling units upstairs because of limited wall space and other companies tried to talk me into the easier to install wall units. Rock Valley was the only company willing to listen and take the time to install the units that made sense for my house. The crew was friendly, professional, and communicative when questions came up. 100% happy customer.

*** update- finally called back and received a fast appointment for service on my furnace. Maintenance was done quickly and cleanly by a knowledgeable technician. Would recommend.
