Worst Landscapers ever. Absolutely rudest staff I have ever talked to. Their employees stand around and not do their job.

Committed to a project for my parents and after 2 years of promising to come do it, has blown them off repeatedly.

Rudest crew members: yelling inappropriate phrases outside apartment building at early hours on all occasions. Arrived very very very early morning today, which is the day after Thanksgiving, to do a 1 hour leaf cleanup with extremely loud equipment. Have called the owner and owners wife multiple times to make formal complaints, these issues which were clearly not addressed as they are recurring. Never a pleasant experience.
NEW update:
Abruptly woken on a Saturday by "the hurricane" which is a massive extrememly loud leaf blower that sounds like 20 broken lawnmowers, right outside our bedroom window on Thanksgiving weekend. The workers are supposed to be doing a leaf clean-up, but it snowed last night so they simply blowing light snow off the grass instead of any leaves. Mindlessly the workers are walking around with loud machinery, without being purposeful because they are paid by the hour so there is absolutely no efficiency. They are good at appearing to work while not actually landscaping anything, just walking around with loud machinery.
