From beginning to end all reps and workers were highly professional and friendly. The work was done right after I had called them ( a rare contractor commodity these days) and much appreciated since it was just before a heat wave. Not sure that it was the best price I could have gotten but I'm sure glad I went with them in the long run. AGS is the best company that I have worked with in decades!!

Josh was a gentleman and very professional. He patiently tracked the source of the problem and efficiently made the repairs. We’re very pleased with his service.

We just want to give a big Thank you to Victor & Katelyn for their help when our AC stopped working. We had the AC company we had been using for years come to our home & told us they couldn’t help us (after paying a big fee). Due to a health condition, I can’t be in too much heat and after discussing our situation with Katelyn, she worked it out so she could get a technician-Victor, to our house that very afternoon! He was at our house for less than an hour and fixed our problem and got our AC running again! Overall, we had a very good experience with AGS & would absolutely recommend them to others. Thank you for the great service!

Josh came on an emergency call and showed up exactly on time. Was very nice and informative the entire time. Fixed the issue fast without having to replace anything.

We’ve used AGS twice in the past few weeks as we’ve been prepping to sell our home and we’ve been blown away by the service both times! Katelyn is courteous, so, so kind, and super helpful and our tech, Robert D., was phenomenal for both visits. He explained things throughly and in terms that were easy to understand, gave us helpful pointers and tips, and went above and beyond to fix several “small” issues with had with our HVAC system. Would HIGHLY recommend AGS!

Robert D. was great and helped diagnose and fix the issues my system was having. I've always had great experience with AGS and all their technicians, so this was not surprise. I think it would be the "upset of the year" if I did not have a good experience.

AGS installed a complete AC system 18 months ago and the follow up service has been great. Robert Duclos who cleaned our ventilations system and replaced filters today was especially helpful. It's always a challenge to find trustworthy service companies Robert and AGS made our choice easy.

Very pleased with my spring AC startup. Thanks to a very personable Katelyn, my appointment was easy to schedule. Tech Robert was kind enough to send me a text informing me he was on his way for an on time appointment. Robert was extremely professional and efficient. Robert, just as the other AGS Techs, explained his service steps in a way that is easy to understand.

When I called I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the person who answered was. When Robert arrived later that afternoon again I was impressed with how competent and thorough he was. He worked hard to find the problem that seems to have eluded several other contractors. It has been a pleasure to work with AGS.

AGS HVAC services of Westport is a five star plus company. From the first phone contact with Lexus, to make an appointment for an estimate for the mini split, to the final installation and start up, AGS HVAC services of Westport has been outstanding!
Mike G. assisted me in determining the proper placement of the unit and the size needed for my home. Racheal meticulously shared paperwork. She provided the estimate of the proposal on-line and was a pivotal contact person for any significant concerns or details from the start of the project until the completion of the project.
When the team of three technicians, Dylan, Ryan and Brady showed up, I could tell they were a good group of young men. The team worked together seamlessly to coordinate the details of this extensive project. Though my home is small, the project was demanding because of the interior location of the installation. The three technicians were ambitious, patient, respectable, thoughtful, productive, and not only intelligent, but they expressed a good deal of common sense, which is rare these days.
At this time, I have already recommended this company to several of my neighbors and friends. So far, AGS HVAC Services of Westport has been absolutely fantastic!

AGS just finished installing our new heat pump and it was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. The entire team was professional, polite and respectful of each other, our home, and our time. (Right down to how they spoke to and treated the coop student working with them, we were incredibly impressed!) Rachel responded to any request or concern almost immediately which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Robert D was by far the BEST technician to service our home.
He was extremely thorough. Robert uncovered several little fixes with our dinosaur of a system
that have made a HUGE immediate impact on our system’s efficiency & our comfort.
His attention to detail extended to vacuuming the area after he completed his work.
He took the time to educate us on our system, what is (and what is not) needed.
He promptly scheduled a follow-up to explore our options saving us that step & time.

Robert was here for routine maintenance and discovered an issue (left by the original installer, not AGS) that could have been a problem. Once the problem was identified Robert and Tyler came out a few days later and fixed the unit. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to call or recommend either of these techs in the future.

I encountered problems after the first year of living in our new home, with our new HVAC Bryant system. I changed companies to AGS Services. AGS's certified Bryant technicians solved all my problems. I wish I had them install my Bryant system initially. It would have saved me a lot of time, headaches and money.

A closed house system requires an experienced HVAC company. I'm a visitor in my vacation's home location. I did my best in screening my first HVAC contractor. Back home, I had the same closed system, square footage and HVAC contractor for the past 23 years. It's a complex system to monitor, but the right HVAC contractor makes it seem easy. I'm lucky to compare my home with the new vacation home's systems and its faults. Someone new to this construction would be amiss in what to do.
AGS has stood by their promise of correcting the numerous mistakes, my first sub made. For over a year of monitoring, they've continually tweaked the Bryant System. Summer to fall, winter and spring they've helped me out. I'm very grateful they kept their promise.

AGS is very responsive and fairly priced. Rachel and Victor are both super nice. Victor patiently answered all the dumb questions I asked about my condensate pump. Thank you, Victor.
I would definitely recommend them!
