Spencer was knowledgeable, polite, and described several things very well. I especially appreciated that he recommended that we replace a part that was seven years old. He described the rationale (Including the readings he was getting and what might happen if we did not replace it). And he agreed that it did not make sense for us to replace this part on a second unit (even though it was also seven years old) due to the readings that he was getting on this one. We really appreciate this - We feel that Spencer and his colleagues at Family are looking out for us & Not trying to sell us things that we do not need to replace

Cameron and Andy of Family Heating installed a minisplit system at my home. They did a great job, good attitude, neat and professional. I would highly recommend these professional to anyone looking to have HVAC done.

Had Family Heating and Cooling perform preventive maintenance on our heat pump today. Dylan the technician was great to work with, he explained the system in detail and kept me informed through the entire process. Once completed he provided a synopsis of the system. Very good company to work with, once again I recommend Family to anyone looking to upgrade a system or just some preventive maintenance of an existing system.

Family technician Alex installed UV light and upgraded filter system. Courteous, professional, took time to explain how the system works. He had to crawl through a very hot tight attic but never complained. Highly recommend this company.

Can was great. He did the job I called for, answered all my questions, gave me my options but didn’t try to sell me on anything or tell me stuff needed to be done that didn’t. Very honest and friendly. He was great with my dog too.

Just had my boiler replaced. Great team effort by Cameron S., Jeff and Alex. Highly recommended as they have done a few jobs
already for me. You can't go wrong with this company

My mother's boilers stopped working around 11pm on a Saturday and Family Heating was there within the hour. They serviced the boiler the following week. Both service technicians were polite, helpful and knowledgable.

We were very lucky to have Jacob and Noah as our service technicians today. They were right on time, VERY knowledgeable, friendly and considerate! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I am very happy with my decision to work with Family Heating & Cooling on a new, heat-pump based HVAC system for my home. Cory, the salesperson was very knowledgable, easy to work with, prompt and polite - fantastic. The installation crew, Jayden, Alex and Noah were also great. Very accomodating, careful with my home, polite and friendly - and very informative about how the new system works, etc. I'm thrilled!

The platform they use to keep you posted about your crews arrival time, who they are (with picture) and some fun facts makes you comfortable and at ease.

This company is on it's game!

We had an emergency heat problem and it was after hours.Jaydon and Dylan Were there within an hour. They explained everything as they were working and were as professional as can be. I cannot recommend them all their company any more highly than this. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Do yourself a favor and try this company if you have not.

Jacob serviced our boiler and AC units. Very thorough and performed diagnostic checks! We were informed our unit would need to be replaced soon but we were glad to get a heads up to start planning next steps. They offer financing and will be planning to use them to install our new unit. We also asked for a quote on some more duct work. Also, went the extra mile by cleaning our some wasp nests from our outside AC fan. Jacob was very prompt, communicative and nice! Thank you and we will be definitely using your business going forward!!

Had a new boiler installed by Family Heating and Cooling. There were some hiccups involving a possibly faulty component, but they were very attentive and made sure to come out and fix issues that came up within hours. I think every bit of their install and support staff came by to troubleshoot and fix the issues and were super professional. They really stood by their products and service!

Dylan and Cameron came to do an inspection and maintenance for our central AC (put in by another company 8 years ago, never had any maintenance other than us changing the filters). They were professional and efficient. They found a few things that we want to fix but overall did not find any immediate problems. The price for annual service is very reasonable (under $200), and I am glad they found an issue with the circuit breaker for the unit. They also gave me information about other things we can do to improve our indoor air quality. They offer many other services and can be a one stop service for all of your heating and cooling. Informative and no hard sell. Front desk folks at Family are also vey helpful and easy to deal with. I am glad I chose them.

Dylan was great, he came out to service my furnace and was excellent in explaining the issues I had (we had discussed last year I would need a new furnace)

Nate and Noah replaced the furnace and did an excellent job and finished in the same day so I wouldn’t be without heat. Very professional and courteous. Jeff also came out to install the mini split in my basement and did an excellent job.

They had the fastest appointment time, and made sure my elderly father had heat. It was a simple fix, but the tech stated he would wait and make sure that it was properly working. I will always recommend this company.

Noah and Nate did a great job with replacement of my old A/C system. I was particularly impressed with their knowledge, reliability and professionalism. I only began using Family Heating & Cooling earlier this year, but given my experience to date, they now have a satisfied and long term customer.

The guys did a fantastic job putting new heating system in, just wish they would of keep it off the concrete floor I know it pressure treated wood but the floor get damp the wet, but other than that I'm very happy.

Dylan and Alex did an exceptional job with our HVAC service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their thorough work gave us full confidence that our heating and cooling systems will run smoothly when we need them. Highly recommend!

I called in the morning for service because I had no heat and hot water due to birds building a nest in my exhaust pipe. Jacob came quickly and fixed the issue. It's 10am and he is already done. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I didn't have an HVAC company but I sure do now!

Spencer quickly found the issue with the furnace and was able to repair it in a timely manner. He explained it in clear terms. In addition to the repair he also did a thorough check of the furnace. Very personable and professional.

5 Stars. 10/10 service start to finish. Dealing with Joy B and Justin W setting up all visits was professional, and fast. Jake was a pleasant and sincere sales professional that did a great job of explaining what my home needs without over selling anything. Jeff, Cameron, and Noah were so professional, neat, and knowledgeable throughout the installation and set up process. Every step of the way, this whole company maintains personal and professional communication. I’m going to have them come back and replace my other units when that time comes in the future. I have already recommended them many times and will continue to do so!
