We had sewer backup. Called Bass' Ready Rooter and was greeted by Ana who very kindly listen to my problem and sent someone over as soon as possible to fix it. The problem was bigger than expected and they had to come back to remove all the tree roots that had penetrated the sewer line. To prevent the problem from happening again Bass' Ready Rooter gave us a few options and we ended up going with a pipe lining.
We are very happy with the service and all the crew members who came over to do the work. Nick was always present guiding us through the all process and making sure all was done correctly. We are very pleased and definitely recommend them!

Had a clogged tub drain at 7pm on 9/26/25 called Bass Reddy Rooter . Spoke to the owner on what was going on with my issue . Technician came out unclogged the drain line but also discovered a main issue on why I had a drain problem. Due to all the scaling in my cast iron drain pipe a hydro jet cleaning service needs to be done to remove and clean and clear the drain line out . Great technician he was super informative on the issue and the solutions to this as well friendly and easy going to talk too . Will be using and recommending Bass Reddy Rooter to whom ever needs a plumbing service.

I called Bass Reddy Rooter, a referral from someone, they answered the phone right away and came to my house soon after that. Tim was amazing. Very nice. My nephew flushed a Styrofoam ball down the toilet and clogged it. Tim was able to retrieve it and complete the job in no time. With a smile a nd a fair price. Thanks Tim! You rock!

Called in the morning and spoke to a very pleasant secretary who took all my information down. Got called an hour later saying they had someone to come out and work on my problem. Shane was the plumber who came out and was the friendliest plumber I've ever encountered, lol. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he did to remediate the issue. It's also rare to meet someone who has nothing but good things to say about the company they work for. Highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again.

I was very pleased with my service call. They came to fix my problem the same day I called; I was very appreciative for that. The technician Tim was excellent. Very friendly, professional, answered my questions and educated me on what not to put down my drains. He made sure the area he was working in was covered and secure before he started to work on the drain, I was very impressed with the time he took to keep the area clean and secure. He checked other drains I was having a problem with also, that meant a lot to me. I have done business with the company in the past and have always been very happy and satisfied with the work that they do. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a problem you will not be sorry. Thank you for your service. PS Tim you were absolutely wonderful.

The manager was an excellent guy. He came personally to get my system to work, even after thr installation of the sewer pump and my electrical panel had problem that needed to be fixed. He brought an experienced electrician with him and they fixed everything. He even gave a hug upon arrival at the house. He is a really cool man. Everyone should patronize this company.
