Great experience. They installed a whole-house water filter, a new kitchen faucet, and fixed a wobbling toilet.
They arrived on time on the day they said. They took care to clean up after themselves. Very professional, will use again.

Approximately 3 years ago, my daughter called Tech Berati to address some plumbing issues in her condo. As a dad, I went to check on things. I was truly impressed with Klajdi and Visi work ethics, respect and pricing. Since then, I have been calling on them to address my own plumbing issues. Klajdi and Visi diagnosed and resolved a clogged pipe and clearly explained what the issue was. Later that day, my dishwasher stopped functioning (separate issue), so they returned the next day to help me with this even though it was unrelated. They found that the problem was a faulty installation two years ago and resolved the issue again. Without them I would have been stuck with no disposal and no dishwasher. Thank you for being very responsive and communicative!

HIGHLY recommend Tech Berati for any plumbing or HVAC work. If you have an emergency, they will respond immediately and be at your house right away, or tell you over Facetime how to take steps to stop the issue from getting much worse (example: a pipe spraying water!) until they get there. Used them for everything from new boiler install (old removal), pipe work, plumbing, and as simple as a garden hose valve repair. These guys are GREAT!!
