I had a great experience with Joe from Integrity Electrical Services! He was kind, thorough, and communicated clearly about price and scheduling. I am grateful that he was able to come for an emergency appointment within hours of when I called. It was a quick, efficient appointment. I will definitely be calling Integrity Electrical Services again if I need an electrician in the future. Trustworthy, efficient, and friendly! I highly recommend.

We worked with Joe this year to install wiring for our new above ground pool, as well as upgrading our old corroding electrical panel. We couldn't be happier! Joe was able to come to do an on-site visit for a quote the next day. He talked through the options and was patient answering all of my questions. He was the most thorough out of all of the electricians I spoke with, and I felt confident that I could trust him to work on my home. The work was completed quickly and we are excited to have a new safe panel and our pool up and running! We would definitely go with integrity electrical again!

Excellent responsiveness and high quality work. We contacted Joe the owner after an electrical fire, and he helped us through the process to upgrade our panel and install power for a generator, in addition to the repairs needed. Due to that great experience we have also asked Integrity Electrical to come back and help us with other projects around the house, both interior and exterior. 5 stars!

We used Integrity Electrical for a whole house re-wire project and were very happy with this company. Joe, the owner and manager, was very prompt, courteous and professional. He explained things well and followed through on all details despite running into complications due to our very old and quirky house. His staff electricians were equally professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any electrical related issues.

I really appreciate schedules changed to accommodate my needs. The price was quite difficult for a person on a fixed income. I am wondering, in a non emergency setting, what cost may average to install that small heating unit in laundry room wall? Also, would there be a discount if other two units in building wanted one also? Thank you.

Joe was extremely professional and courteous. He explained what he would be doing and the costs. We had an outdoor pole light installed as well as a pair of outdoor house lights at front door. Also some broken outlet fixed and replacement of a dining room chandelier. He was friendly and professional and does everything up “to code” which is very important to us. The outdoor pole light required help from his assistant who was also had same professionalism. I would happily call Integrity Electric again for the future work.

The name says it all! I had a bad situation with a flood and Joe got right to work and got us back up and running immediately. He worked in tandem with the plumber and his communication with the town and all the other contractors/inspectors was above board. Thank you Integrity Electrical. You are the best.

This company was absolutely wonderful, prompt responses each time extremely polite customer service. The electrician Joe came out to my home to help explain to me what was going on because I was confused. Honestly such a wonderful experience!!!

We are very pleased with the quality of the electrical work done by Joe and his team at Integrity Electrical Services. They upgraded our electrical panel to 200 amps and also installed a dedicated plug for EV charging, Air Conditioning, Sump pump and Washing machine. They work with Mass Save and Reading Municipal Light closely on incentives. They are trustworthy and the name of the business “Integrity” speaks for how they operate.

I had a garage subpanel installed by Integrity and the experience was great. They worked with me on the plan to get the necessary conductor from my main panel to the garage without having to run it along the exterior. They are great communicators and very professional. This is the second job I've hired them for, the first being the upgrade of my main panel in 2021. I would hire them for future electrical work.

I needed an electrician to come and correct some installation work from another provider. They were prompt, clean and explained things thoroughly. The only thing I wish is that they had on-call service for things occurring after hours. (No one seems to really provide that in spite of 24/7 availability in advertising. 😔) I would definitely use them again.

Pedro was great. Installed a ceiling fan and a light fixture, he was competent, professional and very pleasant. I am very happy with the service . Will use again on future for my electrical needs.

A while back I needed an electrician as I was having thermostat issues. I googled and found that Integrity had the best reviews. Well, I’m glad I did, and there is a reason they have glowing reviews! I called Joe when I was having the issue on a Saturday. He picked up right away and I told him the issue. He said he could get it done the next week, but if I was without heat he would have come that day to get me going. That was so nice. He came out, did the work, and the new thermostats are amazing! He is very friendly, and extremely safe when working.

I have had him back several times since! I will be having Integrity back for all of my electrical needs.

Used this company to re-do my kitchen. Joe was excellent in recommendations for fixtures and outlets (with USB!). Always on time, showed up when he said he would and completed everything cleanly.

Joe was fantastic, he took my call at 11:30 at night and made sure to get to my house before 7 the next day to help me out. Once he was here he fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

I called Joe when I had half of my house lose power, including my heat in the New England winter. I called after hours, hoping someone could come out the same day before I spent the night without heat and Joe responded right away and came out within an hour. He assessed the problem and found that a connection on the outside of my house was blown out from the wind. Joe was really nice, professional, and wanted to make sure things were done the right way. He got the towns electric company to come out within 30 minutes and replace the connection and I got my power and heat back, all within 2 hours of calling. 10/10 recommend, thank you so much!!!!

Integrity electrical was excellent. They were very responsive and professional. We had an emergency and were without power and I received a call back within 15 mins of making the call. He walked me through the process and followed up with everything along the way so I always knew what was happening and what he was doing. Highly recommend!!
