B.J.Doyle was very friendly and courteous on the phone. We were able to arrange appointments with them in a timely manner. The associates that came to our house were on time and professional with their work. Our home is cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to B.J. Doyle. Timely quick service. This company also installed two sets of heating/ cooling systems for me in the last 4 years and they did a good job. When I called them for an AC issue recently they were willing to walk me through it on the phone and then come by for a quick parts replacement. Recommend them!

If I could give BJ Doyle a 10, I would! Simply put; they deliver what they promise and they do it when say they will. When Brian came out to look at our job, it was clear that he was a pro. On installation day there was a crew of professionals who got the job done! It was refreshing to see that the employees were with the company 15 plus years too. Had BJ Doyle do our heating and AC- can’t express how great the level of service was. They came out fast, they did great work, the workers were so personable and the owner Brian was more than willing to answer any and all questions so had with patience. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with a heating system they installed. They sent a technician out and he fixed they issue. Quick response and polite.

I used them for a warranty issue on my touch-screen American Standard Thermostat. They came, replaced the T-stat with another one that had exactly the same problem, and charged me $200 labor. As I sought to get an effective remedy, they then just became very hard to reach, dragging their feet, breaking promises to call back, etc., just wearing me down until I went away. Really shabby conduct. If you don't want someone's business, just be direct and say so. Better yet, serve your customers even when a problem is difficult. Not every job can be easy. I wasted a lot of time, calling and calling after that, and finally figured out they were just playing me.

We used BJ Doyle for an Hydro air system when we remodeled our house. They installed a vent that was not the correct size and as a result, every time the AC comes on the vent rattles and buzzes loudly. They sent someone out and supposedly ordered a new vent cover, a YEAR AGO. However, I have been calling them for the past 3 months and am not getting anywhere. It seems every time I have called I speak with someone new and get the same response that they will "relay my message to the owner". I actually talked to one of the owners back in July, but he said he doesn't handle the "service" part of the business. It has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. They take your money and seem to be done with you once they leave. Very poor customer service for something that seemed like an easy fix.
