We had contacted Heritage Home Services for a couple estimates. The technician, Will, who we discussed our proposed projects with was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. The first estimate was to extend our internal gas lines from the basement go to the first floor fireplace for a gas insert fireplace . Because we had other aspects to be addressed before we could move forward with this project we decided not to proceed. The cost was also a little higher than we expected.
The other project was to relocate our existing reverse osmosis water filter from under the kitchen sink to the basement. The estimate to do this work was reasonable and fair so we proceeded with this work. Will and a helper completed this and
we were very pleased with the job and now we have more space under the kitchen sink. I would definitely consider Will and Heritage Home Services for any future plumbing or gas line work.

It is such a pleasure to express appreciation for the extraordinary job Bob Burns and Kevin McNally did cleaning our Duct system. They used two vacuums to meticulously vacuum all the vents in our forced air system, took time to find the best way to clean every thing, and changed the HEPA filters. We are so glad to start winter with a wonderfully clean Duct system. The price was reasonable. In fact we saved several hundred dollars compared with other quotes we received. These wonderful fellows exceeded all expectations for a job well/done.

Plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning. Happy that I found them online and called at about 9:45am to have someone come out. They were able to come and do the work all before 12:45pm. They were courteous and nice. Thank you.

I am very pleased with my services and the highly skilled technician, Mike. I just had a very costly and obviously inadequate service done by another company,, Mike had to come twice but thankfully he did and the company did not send someone different,, he reviewed and inspected all the recommended Lochinvar items that is usually done at an annual service and found several important ones that were not preformed or if so ignored to tell me they needed replacement,, despite being at or near the shelf life Mike gave me an option to fix I’m glad I did,, my house is now warm and burner is cycling nicely

Brendan M. from Heritage Home Service performed preventative maintenance on my furnace today. He was on time and completely professional and personable. He explained details very well and cleaned up properly. He also gave great recommendations for further work to be done and helped me get those quoted. Within 30 minutes I was called back to schedule those. This is my 2nd time working with Heritage Home Service and they continue to provide great service utilizing great employees. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Heritage Home Services, especially for heating maintenance and repair! We ran out of oil on a freezing day during the weekend and Nicholas Huynh arrived with a smiling face, ready to help. Nicholas worked out in the cold getting diesel for us and made a few trips back and forth. He was kind, willing to share all our options, and worked quickly. We are so thankful for Nicholas and for Heritage Home Services for getting back to us so quickly.

Jose did a terrific job installing our new Ecobee thermostat! He is very knowledgeable and explained things to me well. He worked swiftly and quietly and we had our system working again in no time! If we require additional services, I look forward to working with Jose! Thank you!!

Sent message out on Angie asking for help finding an electrician. Within 15 minutes received call back and was able to schedule an on site visit for the next day with Heritage Home Services.
The technician (Justin) calls ahead to confirm he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed we had a bad dimmer switch. He Quickly switched out the bad one with the replacement I bought at Lowe’s the night before. In no time my lights/dimmer switch was working properly.
I would recommend Heritage but I suggest you request Justin for your technician.

Heritage was great! They came out so expeditiously even during the worst nor’easter of the year. Angel was kind, thorough, and communicated and made recommendations in a way that wasn’t pushy or salesy. I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

The MOST professional, polite, and competent plumber we have ever hired. His prices were fair and he even CLEANED UP EVERYTHING after himself!!! He cleaned even MORE than what he needed to. This was Anthony.. if only everyone were as fortunate to have him. Thank you so much.

Steven on the phone was friendly and asked the right questions and gave me a sense of calm. Joe assessed the situation and was decisive while accepting of questions and willing to entertain suggestion. Jake was great at his job and a great example to Ian, his apprentice who seems like he has a great future. Everything was communicated, I felt I could trust these guys any time I need plumbing and since they do electrical as well I will call them for that too. A plus guys. Thank you, I will sleep great after a hot shower. You did that.

I was so nervous about the repair costs but Ian spoke in terms I could understand, patiently repeating what I needed, his reassurance in transparency the entire time was all part of my great experience!! My first time calling and a lifetime customer now. Thank you Ian.

I had Eric and Tyler over to replace a rather low hanging chandelier in my condo as well as check out some flickering lights in my kitchen. They were both very professional and polite! They were able to get right down to business and done in a timely manner. While I had a window of time they'd arrive, Heritage Home Services was able to keep me up to date with everything, so I wasn't surprised when they visited. I'm very pleased with their work and their professionalism as well as everyone in the office!

My water heater sprung a leak. I called Heritage Home service. They sent a tech out who gave us several quotes. I called them back and scheduled a replacement water heater. The techs were awesome. Explained everything and finished the job . They took away old water heater. They were excellent to work with.

Mike A was excellent. He went above and beyond and was polite and professional. We had 5 hours worth of work done. He moved plumbing to make a double sink and helped remove old bathroom vanities. I recommend!

Eric is very professional and kind. Worked quickly to diagnose and remediate the problem. He seems experienced like he really knew what he was doing. If I’m going to be forced to overpay for this kind of service OK glad it’s at least with a guy like Eric that shows up

Jason and his partners were fantastic. The speed at which they were able to accomplish replacing my hot water heater in an emergency was astounding. I am so grateful to have hot water in the middle of winter. He went above and beyond and left my kitchen looking as if they had never been there.

Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, all while supporting a top notch customer service experience. Tyler took excellent care of the two main issues I called in about efficiently- while keeping me informed about the process. I also appreciated the opportunity to discuss other less pressing electrical maintenance/updates that I brought to his attention and the recommendations/quotes/customer service plans. I will use Heritage again!

Our furance stopped working post powersurge and Jonathan Brody was the field service engineer who responded. I found Jonathan to be extremely thorough. We have multiple issues with our furnace and Jonathan continued to troubleshoot to recommend the best path forward. He is knowledgeable and courteous; he stayed late to make sure he answered all my questions and I was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We called Heritage to get a quote on some bathroom renovations. Joe came out and was very helpful in providing information with the quotes and different “if necessary” pieces of the quote. We scheduled the work to get done and Jacob did a phenomenal job. We’re very happy with how the whole process went!

Our electrician Justin did an amazing job- the . cause of our issues was not clear but he took great care to determine the best way to address them keeping in mind our costs. He reassessed the problem after each step to determine if more work was necessary. He also took great care in keeping our home clean. I would definitely recommend
