They did an awesome job with a big project at my house, hard working team! Demolished an old retaining wall, and built a new one. Looks so nice! Thank you so much for making our yard safe and beautiful!

Not often do you get what you expect these days..two landscaping companies later I found TLC. TLC landscape is exactly what I needed at my 4 acre property. Always a phone call away and the owner answers my needs every time! From walls to patios to cutting my grass with perfect lines. I’m very happy with the outcome and the crews are great!

Have had the pleasure of doing several projects with Tom and Co. From design, hardscape, planting, walkways to landscape and now maintaining - all have been great experiences. Everything is very thorough, well thought out and done the right way the first time - they have even worked nights and weekends to meet deadlines. TLC Landscape did a phenomenal job, as they do time and time again. The second I called, I got a quick response and a job well done. TLC landscaping exceeded my expectations. Tom came to my home , accessed the job and provided me with fair, reasonable pricing. They took over 1000 feet of unusable land / ravine, backflled it and transformed it into a lush addition to my back yard. I am completely satisfied with the results and will definitely use TLC again in the future. Tom is a great guy, ver y honest and communicates with you during the whole process. Tom took my ugly looking front yard and made it look like brand new! He was honest about his pricing and what he said he could do. Honesty and professionalism! Tom and his team were here when they said they would be and they did an amazing job! I have recommended him to my family and neighbors and I will continue to recommend him!

I hired Tom to fix my foundation that had been leaking lately. Not only was it done in a spectacular time frame, but the work was on another level! After seeing the work done on this, my wife and I plan on hiring him to do more jobs. We had a few companies come price the job, and Tom was BY FAR the best price and did more than the others wanted for the price they quoted. I can’t wait to work with him again. Thomas and his crew at TLC did an outstanding job. Our project was very large. It included demolition of a concrete ramp, stairs and driveway, and removal of old back patio. The new work included the planning and installing of granite stairs, paved walkway, cobblestone edged driveway with drainage system, repairing fieldstone foundation, adding fieldstone facing to finish under sunporch, stepping stones to define two garden areas, grading and replace front lawn, laying pea stone pathway, and more. Thomas worked with me to design every element. We couldn’t be happier, and the value of our home has increased by $100k in one year.

Stop speeding in Georgetown!

Very poor communication. Takes your “scheduling deposit” and then never responds to any messages for 5 weeks. Never gives a date. Never sends a contract. When I tell him I’m going to use somebody else he decides to finally answer saying he’ll be there this week. I cancel my job with him and he refused to refund my deposit.

Beware of this company

Met with Thomas to discuss work I wanted done on my property. At first everything seemed to be fine. Thomas was supposed to put me on the schedule. This didn't happen for almost 2 weeks, Finally they arrive to do the work. The work performed looked good, however part of the work involved spreading loam and putting down grass seed. The seed was spread on top of the loam. That night we had a heavy rain that washed most of the seed away. After 2 1/2 weeks I still have a yard full of loam and no grass. I reached out to Thomas and explained the situation. He said they would be back to fix the problem. They were supposed to be here on 3 separate occasions and never came. I tried reaching out to Thomas on several occasions and now he will not take my call and his VM is full. Now that Thomas has his money he does not stand behind his work and will not come back to fix the grass seed problems.

Thomas was supposed to do a final walk through with me when they were done but he never showed up. He is putting it on me saying I did a walk through with his guys and it is now somehow my fault the seed wasn't raked in and didn't grow. Thomas was also supposed to do a weekly grass cut. 2 weeks went by and no one ever showed to cut the grass. I called several times and he kept telling me someone would be by, but that never happened. I had to find someone else to do the weekly cuts.

TLC was recommended to me by a friend the end of April 2020 who said his guys did a nice job at her house last year. They did a lot of yard work for her and also planted several trees. She said she was having problems with the trees all leaning and has been calling him to see if he can come back to her house to fix them for her. At first he said he would come by to take care of the problem but that never happened. She said he does not call her back either. Seems to be a common theme with Thomas. My recommendation would be to go elsewhere. Pretty sad because they do do decent work, but the follow through when there is an issue is not there. Thomas kept telling me how he was trying to grow his business. If he keeps this up, he will be out of business.
