Our kitchen sink was backed up, called these guys this morning, back in business this afternoon - and, as it turned out, our sewer line was completely blocked with years of sludge, all gone now. Fast, good price, professional, service with a smile - can't recommend them enough. Particularly Andrew, the guy who came out.

Andrew and KP Drains did a great job cleaning out a clog in my waste pipe. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, prompt at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

Let me preface this review by telling you that I have some experience with mainline clogs (growing up, I used to go to the Home Depot rental dept so that I could DIY them; it's a grimy job so these days I just hire out). Based on my experience, this particular problem would not have been resolved by renting an auger from HD because the obstruction would not have been relieved by a snake under 200 feet in length, and HD does not rent out augers with cables of this length. I discovered KP Drains incidentally when I called another company which referred me to them. These guys are great and I wish the Google searching algorithm would float them to the top of the list when you search "drain cleaning companies". Knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. And prompt with their scheduling. Pricing is also fair, given the task at hand. You can trust these guys to get the job done 👍🏾.

Called the number and Mike returned my call right away, said he would be there within the hour to clear my main line that was backed up. Mike was awesome!! Very professional and upbeat and positive about the situation, cleared my drain and was on his way! Thanks again Mike! Would definitely recommend especially off hours like my problem.

Mike came to our house last night and fixed a clog above our main drain. We cannot thank you enough for your timeliness, kindness and professionalism. My husband and I were extra stressed as we are expecting our first child this weekend. Timing of this issue was not ideal as I have a planned induction today at the hospital. Mike came in and fixed the issue and we now have peace of mind that everything is functioning before we bring our daughter home the next few days.

I had a problem with a sewer backup at my residence on Saturday morning of the MLK weekend. No plumbers were available to help, but I got a referral to KP Drains. I contacted KP Drains and Mike P. called me shortly after my call for help. Mike said he was very busy with other emergencies, but that he would help me out before the end of the day. During the day he called me twice, each time apologizing for not getting to me yet. He arrived at 9:00 P.M. and by 10:30 he had fixed the immediate problem so we could use the toilet, shower, dishwasher, etc. However, he heard a "gurgling" sound and recommended doing a video inspection of my sewer line to uncover any problems. Sounds invented, huh! I asked him to proceed and he returned the next, Sunday, to discover water in the line from my property out to the town sewer line in the center of the street. Mike and I popped the sewer cover in the center of the street, and he pointed out that there was a blockage where my sewer line tied into the town line. Subsequently I called DPW to no avail. I called KP Drains and Jay reconnected me with Mike who agreed to call DPW. So far, so good. Mike's explanation convinced DPW and the supervisor agreed to open the line at the juncture. I have to call DPW to see if they finished the work last week. The price for the work was reasonable and the service was top notch! I plan to call KP Drains in the future; I recommend you do too.

From the first call and speaking to Shelia booking a service call lto the technicians that responded. A seamless experience. Arrived on time or early got right to work explained the work they were doing and soultions to fix the problem. First day way snaking the drain to isolate the problem then camera inspection the next day. Both technicians were top notch Andrew and Brandon made me a customer for life. But the call is what started it all. Shelia worked with my schedule and seemed eager to resolve my problem. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. What started off with a huge headache ended with relaxtion and resoultuons. Thank you KP drains. One VERY happy customer

I called KP Drains to repair a clogged sink, they came right in and went to work. The guys were efficient and professional, unfortunately they needed to access the home owner's basement side of the host to remedy the clog and were not able to. I appreciate their promptness, tentative and thorough service. Once we reached a standstill they guys cleaned up so well you would not even know they were there. Unfortunately, the landlord used an insurance claim to fix the issue and needed to use a different company. That company ruined the blinds over my sink and even stained the ceiling with backsplash, as well as broke the shelf in the lower cabinets.

I got to witness back to back different drain companies and KP is thumbs up all the way! Thank you guys.

We had a flood in our basement. Two of the plumbers I called referred me to KP Drains. Drew came out and was extremely polite, professional and fast. He fixed it very quickly, cleaned up the area and then did a video of the line all for a quarter of what I expected. Highly recommend!
