Michael & his team are very professional. I own 8 condos & they serviced each of them on a timely manner while I was on a tight deadline. I have used a bunch of other companies in the past but the relationship Black Diamond builds is unique - No matter the time Michael has fixed any issues we ran into during the winter. Had Black Diamond out for a water heater replacement. Prompt, professional and kind! Kept the work area so clean you wouldn't know they had been there. Also advised on draft issues so we could get that fixed and stay safe. Above and beyond!

Mike was great. He came out on a Saturday and replaced our broken and leaking hot water tank. It was a huge relief for us. He was very nice and helpful! For any future work I will be teaching out to him.

Mike did an excellent job with a leaking drain pipe in my basement. Came to the site quickly and talked thru the job with detailed picture and video while I was away at work. He even found a second leak in the same pipe I had not noticed.

Mike and his team are very professional, quick, and get the job done! He has fixed our furnace, moved our radiator, removed pipes, and will be replacing our hot water tank to “tankless” in the future. The best part about Mike’s company is that he is an open line of communication and works with people to keep fixes reasonable and gives you options. Black diamond plumbing made an emergency call when my pipe burst. Michael was fast and efficient. He made my emergency a top priority. I recently used black diamond plumbing again to install my new gas stove! You won’t find a more skilled plumber than this guy. 100 percent recommend!

I highly recommend Black Diamond! I had them run a natural gas line on my roof deck. The team did a great job and were easy to work with. Very flexible with scheduling and the quality of work was top notch.
