Thomas took the time during a blizzard to come inspect an issue with my ceiling. If not for his prompt service I would have canceled my vacation. After his inspection I left the next day with no worries

We have an 1890s field stone foundation that was in need of some major repairs. Thomas and his crew did a fantastic job shoring things up and stabilizing the foundation and support columns. We had all the walls patched and repointed, hydraulic cement for all walls, and two coats of water proof paint. We also had 5 new footings and Lally columns installed along with a sump pump/pit. Highly recommend their work.

Ts CACCAVARO saved the day when my foundation was having issues with water getting in. Tommy and his team were fast and efficient to get a plan into action. The team made repairs, waterproofed my entire basement and added a sump pump as an extra precaution! They went above and beyond and left my house as if it never happened. Now we can add more usable space to our home knowing we are dry. TS CACCAVARO should be your first call for any masonry issue! Thank you TS CACCAVARO and your team!

Called for a bunch of quotes for condo association work. Tommy came out went over multiple jobs and sent an official quote. Not one other company did both.

First snow came and it was the best plow job done at my condo in over 12 years.

I recently had my basement waterproofed by Ts Caccavarro ], and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Most importantly, my basement has been completely dry, even after some heavy rains! Tommy and crew just finished a basement job for us including the installation of a sump pump. Tommy was super easy to communicate with and super responsive to any questions we had. They worked efficiently/professionally and left the work site clean and without any debris each day they finished.They completed the project in time and on budget - what more could you ask for!

Tommy and his crew did a great job waterproofing my basement. Everyone on his team was friendly and professional. Communication from him was always honest and up front; I knew what to expect and when. He took the time to explain the work, answered all my questions, and updated me along the way. He also reached out a week later to ensure I was happy with everything. I will have him back in a few months for the next house project!

I needed some work done due to some old/crumbling masonry. Tom and his team were great - I was updated every step of the way, the prices were reasonable, the team was easy to work with, and they really went above and beyond with the work that they did!

Due to the age of my home, I will need additional masonry work done (unrelated to the recent project) and I will definitely be calling Tom and his team again for that project! Tom and his crew definitely earned their 5 stars!

Thomas and his crew are the absolute best! I recently purchased a home and had flooring both wood and tile, 3 now stunning bathrooms completely renovated , electric , plumbing , recessed lighting /fans throughout both levels , kitchen backsplash and then had them comeback to work on the outside of my home repairing the brick walkways and entry to the shed and the shed itself. My house was a project to make into a dream home with customization required with a bathroom enlarged , large soaking tub , converting tubs to walk in showers , barn doors and closets and they took care of it all while my family was living in the house. Cant wait till we can put the deck on with them! Thank you guys so much.
