S&S is a company that clearly cares about the quality of their work, as well as good customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I was in need of emergency repairs, and they were able to send out a technician promptly to diagnose and fix the problem all in the same day - it clearly wasn't their first rodeo!

It turned out the repairs were going to be much more extensive than I had hoped, and after a couple of discussions with Andy and one of the technicians named Mike, we decided that my best option would be to replace my malfunctioning equipment (commercial dishwasher).

In less than a week they were able to order and replace the new equipment - they even took care of removing the old one!

What I REALLY appreciated about working with this company is how professional and knowledgeable the team was in this process - from the person who answered my initial service call, to the techs Mike & Jarad, and the owner Andy.

Diagnosed problem quickly. Ordered replacement machine and had it switched out in less that 2 hours when it came in.

It is a certainty in this business that you will have equipment issues eventually. Extended downtime is absolutely not an option and you will need a company who is reliable and professional. That is exactly why we have used S&S for many years when we need work done and we do so confidently knowing that Andrew will give us a quick honest evaluation, prompt service and is professional through completion.

If you find yourself here reading reviews comparing companies because you need work done I highly recommend making this your call.

Andy and his team are always there to save the day for us at the Texas Roadhouse. Their knowledge of all brands and different pieces of equipment is exceptional. I have dealt with many different equipment repair companies and have NEVER dealt with some as honest as Andy. He has recommended to order new equipment due to the cost of repairs, which is something I’ve never dealt with in the trade. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I've been using them for the last 8 years and they are always quick to respond and they do great work. If I could give more than 5 🌟 I would.

I have been calling there to place a service call for a local restaurant. We also work very closely with other restaurants in the area. It rang and rang for two days with no answer. They finally answered with a RUDE hello today and when I asked if this was S&S Equipment was told NO and hung up on. You may have been in business for several years, but you won't continue with that attitude. Unbelievable.
