This group of energetic and knowledgeable guys completed the job, and left me feeling super confident both in the renovation and the level of safety for my family. Teddy and his other worker, (believe the name was Jeremy or Jeremiah) were polite, professional and answered all my questions regarding my property at 7 Oakhurst st Worcester, MA. Typically, I don't do reviews whatsoever! However, this crew compelled me to do so because it's been a long time since I received, Good old fashioned quality and service! I will definitely be recommending Hemlock to friends, family, and anyone looking for reliable work at a reasonable price!

We hired Nathan and his team to build a deck. They were very professional, showed up when they said that they would, and did everything by the books. In the end the deck came out great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very nice people!

Hemlock has completed two projects for me this year. One of them was a very large three-story deck on a rental property. The deck was completed in the time frame that was quoted, and the workmanship was excellent. They did such a nice job that I also used them to repair and replace some railings and shutters on my primary residence. I would have no problem recommending them for future construction projects.

We had our deck demolished and rebuild with trex deck by hemlock contracting this past April and I could not be happier. From the start they responded within hours about my request for a quote and were out the next day looking at my deck. We ended up going with them not only because they had competitive pricing but working with Nathan was so easy and he is so friendly and you can trust him with your property and to keep the communication open through out the job. Halfway through the job it looked so nice we ended up adding on to the project. I will be recommending them to all my close friends in the area and we plan on using them in all further projects on out property. Thank you guys for your hard work. We love what you have done!

The Hemlock team is great. They are all professional, responsive and very supportive. Our deck was built on time, for the agreed upon price and we are very pleased with the results. I regularly work with commercial contractors and for anyone wondering what contractor they should use for their home project, I would highly recommend the team at Hemlock Contracting.
A few key things that stood out during this process include:
1 - Their responsiveness - even before we selected them, was superb. I asked a number of detailed questions and received answers within hours, even on the weekend.
2 - The project started early, and ended on time which is not always the case in today's environment
3 - They brought a team to the project. Each day there were more than one person working on our deck and they were all professionals in every sense of the word.
4 - They are all nice guys, truly nice guys.

I’m so impressed with the deck Hemlock Contracting built for my home. The wood composite material looks great and feels durable. The enclosed skirting adds a nice touch. The crew was incredibly clean, leaving no mess despite the winter conditions, which I really appreciated. Teddy is very professional, ensuring every step from design to finish was spot on. I had a very old, rickety staircase on the back of my house which is now a beautiful composite deck! I had three contractors come to give estimates. The first thought I couldn't afford composite and refused to quote for it (a great business strategy??) and then refused to provide a written estimate at all (another winning strategy). The third wasn't sure you *could* put a deck on a house with a fieldstone foundation.

It was a no brainer to go with Teddy & Red Dog Exteriors. I had a written estimate within a day or two. Teddy was super easy to get in touch with over email and phone, and answered all my questions right away. They started almost right away after I signed the contract, and were done in about three days. I would highly recommend them.
