Glad I found Mid-State Air in Worcester, MA when searching for an HVAC company. They're a great local family company I enjoy doing business with and refer to those needing help with their HVAC systems.

I recently hired Mid-State to install a new propane forced air system. They were always available through the process to answer any questions. They were always on time, neat, curious and professional. I am very happy with the product and service they provided and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

Replaced a 35 year old, 2 zone failed oil heating system and AC with a propane system in 3 days! Ductwork had to be replaced as well. The project included digging 100' trench, installing gas lines, back filling trench and inspections. So glad I contact Mid State. Crew was meticulous, knowledgeable and clean. They wore face masks all the time. Highly recommend.

I've called upon Mid-State Air a couple times for my central air conditioning and Wayne exceeded my expectations in terms of diagnosis help (over the phone) and in the service they ultimately provided. I will be more than happy to continue to reach out to them and recommend them in the future.

Mid-State installed our system 20 years ago. Never had any issues. My plumbing company actually maintained it. That plumbing company was sold. The new owners of the plumbing company told me my AC units were beyond repair. $25K for new units.
I called Wayne! $257 service call. Amazing! Showed up in 1 day, courteous technicians, clean neat and NICE! Mid-State is the best!

Wayne and his team installed our HVAC system 4 years ago. We recently started having an issue. Wayne was very responsive, knowledgeable, and understanding to work with. Our system was up and running again in no time!

Mid State installed our HVAC system a little over a year ago and it didn't seem like the air was being distributed evenly, so i reached out to them for help. Hayden came out right away and was extremely courteous and thorough. He was able to make some adjustments to resolve the issue. I greatly appreciate the exceptional customer service!

Wayne and his team did a great job installing my Heat Pump system. The job required installing ducting and ductless units to replace my FHW system. Wayne was very communicative, professional and quick. He provided a competitive quote that met my needs and assisted in providing the information to get my Mass Saves loan and rebates in a timely manner.

Unprofessional……

If you are looking for hvac services do not use this company. They will do everything in their power to hide the true cost of things from you and will charge you insanely high prices. I was forced to use them because of mass save and feel as though I have been robbed. Extremely unprofeasional.
