I cannot say enough about how reassured I felt through the entire process of a home and property clean-out for impending sale on tight turn-around. Richard Racicot was excellent regarding timely and ongoing communication, thoroughness of work, and respect for our needs. I had a tight schedule to clean out old furniture, appliances, and trash from a 2-story house, basement, garage, shed, and under-deck area to prepare it for sale. I felt heard and valued right from the estimate. I had started cleaning/donating/organizing but needed an estimate while still in process to be able to schedule the clean-out in time. I wasn't sure how that would work and would have understood if a contractor needed to charge the estimated rate, regardless. Richard gave a competitive bid in its current state but also reduced the final cost based on what I accomplished in the interim. He and his co-worker were easy to work with on the day. They kept me in the loop with updates and choices throughout. Before finishing, Richard checked whether I needed anything else and ensured I was satisfied with all the work. I was! I appreciated all of the details including honoring my hope to donate what he could, sweeping out the garage/basement, and cleaning the driveway—including using a magnet. Richard made an overwhelming project seamless. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again for any similar task or beyond.
