Great service

Caris took excellent care of us.

Had a minor job in the basement, a newly duct. They were timely, friendly, and efficient. I'll be using them again.

Mr. Caris installed a new air conditioning system in my apartment and was very knowledgeable and professional.

I highly recommend Caris Heating and Cooling Inc. Jeff and Kathy are professional, hardworking, responsive and have outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond and have been trusted partners throughout the years. This summer, Jeff showed up to help us replace duct work in an old cottage. The work was urgent and unexpected. He responded quickly, went out of his way to take care of the project and put our hearts at ease knowing the work was done right.

The only reason I'm even leaving this review was because of how selfish and petty this man is. I am immunocompromised and have agoraphobia, as such I am still overly cautious of COVID and getting sick all together, I couldn't even go to my own brother's funeral recently- which I told him. He didn't care because he sees masks as political and not a basic safety net for those who need it. I asked this man to please wear a mask and he refused, 'i don't wear those' he said like he was some kind of Hollywood badass, when in reality he acted like a selfish and petulant child. 'i have a beard' ... So do I? That's not an excuse. He's in MY apartment that I pay too much for telling me I can't feel safe in my own home!? No. If you have any other option and don't have his 'services' forced on you by an apartment complex's exclusivity contract, go ANYWHERE else.
