Had tank pumped yesterday. Tech/driver was super friendly and professional. No surprise up charge for thick stuff in tank. Price was as quoted. Not like Shultz. Shultz got me twice on that. Scammers. Our technician, Cory, was great! Very professional and helpful in teaching us about our system (this was first cleaning since we purchased our house). He helped us understand some preventative things we can do throughout the year and also let us know how often our system should be cleaned. Will recommend Kerkstra to everyone I know that needs septic cleaning!
