Super professional and timely. I was having problems with my internet port and they immediately came and resolved my issue with a promise to come back if anything happened. They were quick to assess the situation and offer an affordable solution and I couldn't be happier!

If I could give 20 stars, I would.... Justin and Kevin were in and out of my home in 10 mins. Thank you, Adam!!!!

I've been dealing with companies for many, many years however, this Gentleman blew me away. Hands down the most polite and professional electrician I've ever worked with. He isn't out here trying to take you for every dollar you have he is honest and reliable. I rarely make reviews but I was compeled to after our visit. .

The gentlemen at Adam Electric have gone out of their way twice to help resolve a home electrical issue. Each case they responded quickly to help resolve the issue. The last being taking the call at 9:00 pm and being at my home by 7:00 am the next morning. Justin put our emergency schedule ahead of his daily planned schedule. Thank you gentlemen.

I was not present for the repair. I had a conversation with Adam after the work was done and he had figured out the sources of the problems I identified. He was receptive and communicative. All the interactions were professional.

Adam solved an electrical problem for us that several other electricians were unable to solve. He worked hard, was courteous, and professional. We highly recommend him to others.

Found this company thru Home Depot. Had them install 2 ceiling fans in rooms with no light fixture. Justin did a great job, friendly and professional!! Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be calling them again next time I need electrical work done. Thank You!!!

I had three separate electricians come into my home and two of them told me it was simple faulty wiring, then Adams came out and took care of my ENTIRE apartment. Looked extensively into my problem as well and all around was just super friendly customer service. 10/10 will be recommending them if anyone has any wiring issue or anything they can handle.

These guys are great. Justin has done work for me many times before and will continue to be my go-to electrician. He is personable, respectful, quick and doesn't ever try to jerk me around costs. The costs are fair and he is always responsive.

Adams Electric is a super professional & courteous company. The electrician arrived early and assessed the work with fair estimate right away. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything was safe and working properly. If you're looking for electric work (including emergency) that's done right, call them. They are often busy, so you may have to wait a bit to get a hold of them, but be patient and they get right back to you.

My grandfather’s home had an old fuse and service line that was outdated. While using a plug in electric mower he had blown all the fuses and we were unable to restore our power. I gave this company a call for an estimate and quote to fix our issues. Our electrician was Justin he gave me a quote for around 3 thousand to fix the work. He was honest and straight to the point of what needed to be done. I had done quotes with two other companies and they gave me the same quotes but were priced higher. Gave Justin a call back. I can say he got to work in about a day and had all my issues fixed. Amazed at the speed and professionalism he exemplified. My grandfather’s home is now with power and fuses are no longer being blown. If I ever need any kind of electrical work ever again I will only call Justin!

Quick reply to email service request. Repair job, scheduled within a week, completed quickly. Work area left mess free. Staff personable and friendly. Would use Adams Electric again.

I have worked with Adam both in a commercial setting as well as residential. Adam is great to work with! He is responsive, professional, punctual, trustworthy, up-to-date knowledgeable, responsive, and fair!

Adam was called by my client, an 85 year old who lives alone. Power was lost in her home and we had contact several local electrical shops but could not get help. However Adam answered while in route to another job and after hearing of my client’s dilemma he got our address and came right over. Within minutes he was there and within the hour found the problem and fixed it. He showed even greater compassion for the customer and didn’t charge her for this house call. Thank you Adam.

We have used Adams electric on several residential jobs recently. The service by the owner, Justin, has exceeded all of my expectations.
He is extremely professional, prompt, and very thorough at what he does. We have extensive experience with residential contractors and this experience has been the best by far.

Justin and Adam came through for us when we needed their services the most. Water came in from the sewers in a storm and we had to have DTE shut off the power remotely before we fled the house, as it was getting close to outlets and I was afraid it would get to the panel. We needed an electrician to come in and evaluate the panels before we could have the power back on, and we needed power back ASAP to start drying the place out. Justin evaluated the old panel, determined that it had to go, got parts and replaced it, working in the wet dark basement to get us back up and running again. He was a consummate professional, working long hours on a Saturday to get the job done. I cannot recommend their service enough.

We have had crazy issues finding an electrician in Ann Arbor that won’t leave us waiting for a week or more while we have no power. The first time we called Adam was on a Sunday at around 12 am since they were listed as open 24 hours, and Adam called me back by 1. He was so kind and helpful and had someone out a day later to fix our outlets. This week a switch broke in our house and he stopped by immediately between jobs to fix it—so grateful to him, the work is great and the professionalism is top tier

Adam's came out on short notice and helped us with an outdoor HVAC box. They were incredibly friendly and did a phenomenal job -- in just one hour. This is definitely some of the best customer services I've experience and I hope to work with them in the future. I was super easy to communicate with them over text/email, which I really appreciated.
