We just had Simple Heating and Air install a new air conditioner and furnace, and they did an excellent job! We have used them over the years for other projects and are always so grateful for their wonderful service. They are honest in pricing, not focused on a sales pitch when reviewing options together, no pressure sales, and they do such great work. They are very communicative, polite and take care in cleaning up their workspaces. Highly recommend :)

Can’t thank this amazing team enough! From the start, Wayne was extremely helpful walking and talking me through all my questions/concerns regarding the quoting process and how the install would go, which made me very confident going into this project.
We brought a newborn home the same week as the install and the team was very accommodating with our requests and conscious of dust and noise reduction. Every single person on the crew was extremely friendly and the Crew Lead Josiah was such a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, this was a seamless project and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Simple Heating and Air! After 117 years, our house finally has AC!

We saw Simple Heating and Air would come out to the house to do a free inspection on our furnace. We took them up on this offer. We knew because of the age of our furnace, air conditioner and water heater, that we might need more than just an inspection. After hearing their condition, we asked Simple Heating and Air to provide options for replacement. We received three detailed options along with some accessories and Water Heater replacement details. Because of the rebates offered by DTE and Consumers Energy, plus deductions / credits on our next income tax return, we went with option three which was the most expensive option up front, but actually the least expensive after the rebates and tax credits. We also agreed to have a new water heater put in, as well as the accessories that were offered. We were pleased that Simple Heating and Air would take care of the rebates with DTE and Consumers Energy, submitting them on our behalf.

We were very pleased with the team of three technicians who came to the house. They were willing to answer our questions, and were very personable and kind. We were pleased with the quality of their work. We were especially thankful for their detailed checking after installation. One of the technicians recognized there was a pressure level that was concerning. This led to some problem solving, that resulted in realizing we had a gas leak outside at the meter. They refrained from firing up the furnace because of that issue. They recommended contacting DTE to come and remedy that situation. We are grateful.

If there was any constructive criticism, it would be that due to the gas leak, they were not able to complete the final fine tuning on the furnace and did not restart the water heater. We were told that they would contact us to come back and do the final fine tuning on the furnace. I ended up starting the water heater, since we were going to need hot water before the following week. Unfortunately, they did not contact us and I had to reach out to set up another visit for that work. They were able to come the following day and complete it. It was a minor issue, and is now resolved.

Simple Heating and Air installed central air conditioning in my home this week and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! Their staff were kind, on time, efficient, kept us updated during the process and answered all of our questions. And their prices were very competitive! They even moved some things around on their calendar to get us scheduled right away. Great experience overall!
