my a/c system quit on me working in the summer I called them for service and I explained to them I had an elder[y person in the house and he made me a priority and showed up right away.

I had kind of a weird problem with my AC fan. It was acting up and making strange noises. I explained everything to the tech, and he looked at the problem, and knew exactly what was wrong. He was very kind and courteous and provided some maintenance tips for keeping the AC running efficiently in the future. Excellent customer service!

Thank you to Cardinal Heating and Cooling for getting me on their schedule on short notice. They installed a new furnace in my home and took the old one away. The Cardinal crew was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was clean before they left.

Cardinal Heating and Cooling was referred to me by a co-worker who used them for a furnace and AC unit repair. I called them and they were able to come out within 30 minutes to do an assessment of the problem I had with my Nest thermostat. They quickly found the problem and did the repairs.
