I had such an amazing experience working with Triac construction. Jacob and Jerry were excellent to work with in giving me exactly what I wanted in my backyard. I came to them and described what I wanted and they made my dream a true reality. I primarily dealt with Jacob and I have to say he was great to work with. He always answered my calls and any questions I had. He made himself accessible and was willing to work with me to give me exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend them for any landscaping or construction needs. Thank you Triac!!

Very easy to work with, his father has a lot of experience in the industry, and jacob compliments his style with a modernized appeal, they can do it all from modern, contemporary, traditional etc etc.

As attached, here was my full design tailored for my wanting, and again, they went beyond what I expected, and didn’t shortcut anything. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for custom tailored landscaping, construction, and design. If you’re looking for cheap quality cookie cutter, this is not the company to use. They probably would even avoid it! If they’re putting their names on a job site, expect nothing but perfection!

I normally don’t write long reviews, but these guys honestly deserve it. We hired Jerry and Jacob for a major renovation and addition to our home in Bloomfield Hills, and the experience was great from start to finish.

This wasn’t a small project either. We did a pretty extensive renovation plus a large addition, and they handled everything. What stood out right away was how confident and organized they were. You can tell they’ve done a lot of high-end work because they were able to walk us through ideas, make suggestions, and help us make decisions that actually improved the overall design of the house.

The quality of the work was excellent. Everything feels very custom and well thought out. The addition blends perfectly with the original house and honestly looks like it was always part of the home. The finishes throughout the renovation are beautiful, and you can really see the level of detail that went into the work.

Another big thing for us was the budget and timing. Anyone who has done construction knows that projects can easily run over budget or drag on forever. Jerry and Jacob were very upfront throughout the process and did a great job keeping things on track. We stayed very close to our original budget, and the project moved along on a solid schedule, which made the whole experience way less stressful.

They were also just easy to work with. Communication was straightforward, and they were always available if we had questions or wanted to adjust something. It really felt like they took pride in the project and wanted the final result to be something everyone was proud of.

At the end of the day, the house turned out even better than we expected. It feels like a completely new home, and everyone who comes over comments on the craftsmanship and how well everything flows together.

If you’re looking for a team that can handle a high-end custom renovation or addition and actually delivers on what they promise, Jerry and Jacob are the guys to call. I’d absolutely work with them again.
