I have had my sprinkler system for several years. Absolute installed my system and I have been very pleased with the system itself as well as the excellent service I have continued to receive over the years. The service techs are efficient and very helpful. Thanks Absolute for the continued years of service!!!

Brandon was excellent! Our system had not been on for many years and we did not know what could be wrong since we just bought the house. He knew exactly what was wrong and was patient and so helpful.

As an customer for 3 years, I always had positive results with absolute quality. Polite and seem to kniw tjere stuff and if not they find help to get results.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and gave us very good information about what was wrong with our system and what needed to be repaired/fixed. He was very professional and worked with excellence to repair issues we had with our sprinkler system that is over 20 years old (not installed by Absolute Quality). Had to call for turn and waited a month.

They installed my system about 20 plus yrs ago. Never seemed like it watered 100% of my lawn but I accepted it. They're pretty good about service. But I've complained that several heads don't pop up. They came out and changed a few but I have to physically pull several up which at 5 am isn't going to happen. They said maybe I need a booster pump and the tech that was here 2 yrs ago looked at the plumbing they installed and didn't like it. Hmmmm is that why I never got a response back when I asked that they do whatever to fix my system that they installed? I haven't modified or changed anything that they installed? Still waiting. I've even given them good recognition on social media in the past!

There were 4 neighbors scheduled. He came did 2 but needed to go back to office and said he would be back. Never showed up and when we called he said he was booked and would have to make another appointment another day. Stayed home for them to come.

My neighbor has a system installed last year for $2,700. I have the same lot and my estimiate was $3,900. They said their costs have gone up and I needed another spray area. Again, same lot. Do not recommend.

Definitely NOT Absolute Quality! Terrible customer service! I have never had a company be so RUDE after they made a mistake FORGETTING my appt. having me sitting around and waiting all day for them to show. Nobody called to tell me they weren't coming, my husband had to call when they didn't show so they said "sorry" and scheduled for today. We called this morning to confirm and after they couldn't find paperwork someone else got on the phone and said yes we will be there. One minute later Kelly called back and said No we will be out next week. I called back and asked to speak to owner and was told the owner was listening to whole conversation. .. Bravo even the owner allows you to talk to people like that and is "okay" with your attitude loosing a repeat unsatisfied customer, NICE!!

I made an appt to have my sprinklers serviced with these clowns. They said my service “window” was 1p-4p today. I took part of a day off of work just to sit at home wait for a service tech that never called and never showed. This is the 2nd time this has happened with this company. I get that sometimes jobs end up being bigger than expected and your service techs either run late or run out of hours of daylight, but the not calling part is what really pisses me off. That shows me that the company and/or the service techs don’t respect their clients or value their time. I’ll either fix my sprinklers myself or find a different company to do it. Negative 5 stars…would never use them again.
